    Very nice video ❤
    Can you please separate video on base plate thickness selection and in that can you add thickness selection for a part when cylinder is mounted offset from support.
    Thank you for your videos and I wish u achieve great success on you tube because u deserve it ❤

    I just found this oasis of information regarding design engineering, thank you very much for sharing your knowledge in a clear and concise way, I have many topics in mind about mechanical calculation that you could support, the first one, and I would appreciate it if you created a video on C steel frame calculation in Solid Works. for 2 tons for example. thank you very much again.

    Very informative videos. Ive learnt alot.
    I have a question, can you do a video on compressor sizing and selection based on air consumption requirements of cylinders. Alot of times our clients ask for cylinder air consumption and to give them air compressors size.. and i dont have a clue how to do it. Airsupply to cylinders we use is typically 6 bar in most plants. Thank you and keep up the good work

    Hi Ayush.
    Great videos to upskill Mechanical Engineers. Keep going. All the best.
    I have one question. How and where to do SKF bearing selection expert certification. Can you provide details on that.

    Hii i hope you are doing good
    I'm just placed in cnc manufacturing company as fresher design engineer.
    I have done BE in mech in 2021
    But I have worked 2 years in other field so I have no prior knowledge of industrial design yet but I have intrested in it. So now I have learned solidworks,creo, autocad basic and learning real industrial design and just showed your video on GD&T it is great explanation 👍🏼
    My question is right now I'm not able to understand it properly,I can't understand it what is gd&t, limit & fits,how to design any cnc part,what are the steps of designing part from scratch, how to apply gd&t and limit fits for manufacturing ...?

    • @mastermechanicaldesign
      @mastermechanicaldesign  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hi Soumibamania. Designing from scratch and understanding everything like GD&T, tolerance as per machine functional point of view as well as manufacturing point of view.. takes time and experience, this is something that you learn with time and machine design projects. Also applying optimum GD&T by understanding overall everything takes time and practice. So don't panic that's why you don't know. You have just started. But as i have explained. GD&T is not only about symbols and rules. It's all about how and where to use it. And i have all those things throughout my entire 10 years of experience and am still learning.
      And unfortunately there are no such courses no such videos or written steps with examples. So this is why I am here, trying to explain everything in simple words. If you want to learn how to design from scratch. I have designed three machines here. Do check out, this will help you alot

    Hello sir i love to watch your videos it's always brings with information.
    But I really want more information.
    Right now I am pursuing mechanical engineering and i want to become design Engineer.
    But my question is how much theoretical knowledge should have to be gain.
    E.G. the subject called dynamics of machinery it consists 10 chapter so should i have to learn all chapters with theory and sums & equations?
    Same in Ktom,heat transfer,Som?
    Please sir provide me some guidance please 🙏🏻 sir

    • @mastermechanicaldesign
      @mastermechanicaldesign  26 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Hey, yes you should know every subject of engineering for better understating of complete system. Even heat transfer. why?
      Let say you want to a rocket designer for space X.
      how you could be without knowing heat transfer?
      As much you study engineering (also other branch of engineering) you becomes better design engineer in future.
      But if you just want to be CAD Designer than knowing the software is well enough.

    Have you built your own machines and sold them yet?

    • @mastermechanicaldesign
      @mastermechanicaldesign  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      No, I'm not a manufacturer. I'm a Design Engineer working with an SPM manufacturing company. However i have designed more than 600 machines so far which got manufactured and sold.
