Hey aapne solidworks me dimension me jo basic dimension ka square creat kra he vh kese hota he mere me half round bracket hi aate he as or dimension ke sath FFC kese join kr skte he
Hey bro, superb and simple explanation thankyou so much for your support to all the mechanical Design Engineers. Just one request can you please suggest me a good book of GD&T for learning.
Please Make video on how to decide value for position tollernace (with material condition). In both fitting parts like plate with 4 holes and plate with 4 pins fit togather.
In problem no 06 and 07 You said that Datum word for Datum A to surface table resting Datum B to Right angle from side Datum C to Right angle from back 1st condition) So shoul i consider Datum means always Reference surfaces or plane That we have to provide or arrange during inspection Or 2nd condition) Shoul i called Datum direcly to the Part surfaces as shown in that plate drawing If (1st condition) is right then WHY SHOULD I CONSIDER always 90° for datum, when will i need to consider datum at any angle AND should i always need to measure from our arranged datums AND if 2nd condition is right then that surface table and other 2 right angles just for resting purpose and Measurement we have to take direcly from part surface wherever datum symbol is showing on part direcly Is it right Please clear this confusion sir
Hey, you have so many questions, and I understood, and I'll try to clearly everything in Datum video, (maybe in 1 or 2-3 parts) but here is some key notes: 1. Datums doesn't have to at 90 deg. from each other. datums can be at any angle. 2. Datum selection preference- Functional (Design) then inspection then manufacturing. 3. Not only faces, a "feature of size" can be also a datum. like a cylindrical hole, or shaft outer diameter. 4. We select the datum as per design requirement, but we also keep in mind that how the inspection would be, or manufacturing will be.
@@mastermechanicaldesign thank you sir, Actually i wanted to ask, To whom i should call a Datum to arrangements like surface table and that other to angles that we have created for resting OR to part surface where Datum symbol is placed
Only channel for mech engineers. Waiting for all chapters...thanks for such amazing content...🙏
I'm so glad 😊
Sir.. material selection and list of material and how to decide hardness upto 28-30 HRC and depth etc please make video on it soon
Okay. Very soon
Also moment of inertia
Please make video on how decide hardness of material
your channel is my fav mechanical engineering resource right now!
very outstanding explanations
Thanks so much..I have really learnt much from this!
Your videos are really awesome. Please make videos about chain drive selection
Sure 😊
much needed video bro thanks
Hey aapne solidworks me dimension me jo basic dimension ka square creat kra he vh kese hota he mere me half round bracket hi aate he as or dimension ke sath FFC kese join kr skte he
Jaha se fits selection krte hai use drop-down me rehta hai. Top pe
Well done! pleas upload more videos :)
Quality content 👌

GD&T Book- Alex Krulikowski's "Fundamentals of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing 2018"
Good one 👌❤.. Even the video editing is also nice.. Expect the videos more often😊.. Thank you.
Thank you so much Abhishek 😊
finally 2nd video .... please upload complete video of gd&t
Please excuse me for late, Next videos will be on time (every week),
However, I don't have pre-recorded videos, I make single videos and then upload.
Hi Sir, can you make a video about stress analysis simulation welded frame/structure using solidworks. thanks you
Yes, sure!! We will start Analysis series as well.
Please make a video on hardness value for part with respect to function or any other option
Sure, allready in plan
Thank you for video it's helpful
Glad it was helpful!
Please Make video on how to decide value for position tollernace (with material condition). In both fitting parts like plate with 4 holes and plate with 4 pins fit togather.
Sure!! Noted
Which software you're using for animation of hole and shafts?
Simple Power point slides
Awesome video❤
You look awesome Sir 🤩
Sir Please make video for as a beginner how to see and understanding the drawing and Ericsson.
Sure in upcoming videos we will learn from completely basic things
Nice!
In problem no 06 and 07
You said that Datum word for
Datum A to surface table resting
Datum B to Right angle from side
Datum C to Right angle from back
1st condition) So shoul i consider Datum means always Reference surfaces or plane
That we have to provide or arrange during inspection
Or
2nd condition) Shoul i called Datum direcly to the Part surfaces as shown in that plate drawing
If (1st condition) is right then WHY SHOULD I CONSIDER always 90° for datum, when will i need to consider datum at any angle
AND should i always need to measure from our arranged datums
AND if 2nd condition is right then that surface table and other 2 right angles just for resting purpose and Measurement we have to take direcly from part surface wherever datum symbol is showing on part direcly
Is it right Please clear this confusion sir

Good
I loved it
Make a video for welding symbols 🫡
Sure, Noted!!
Please reduce the frequency of vedio uploading
Yes, I'll upload more frequently 😊
