Fishing for White Bass in Early March - Lake Travis Texas

Jacob and I headed out to Lake Travis to get an early start on the white bass run this season! The low water has most of them trapped far downstream, but we managed to pick off a few here and there by walking upstream! Hope y'all enjoy the video.

Compared to other fish, they’re not very good. Crappie are far better, and even catfish are better. Bass aren’t bad, there are just better eating fish.
But fried fish is always good.
