    • @Mike-hw5jp
      @Mike-hw5jp 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Use a yoga block to elevate your butt off the floor. you can also use things beside you for more hand assistance to take weight off your legs. Try focusing on one leg at a time and don't worry what the other one is doing. Use a little gentle mobility and spend a few minutes working into each stretch.

    Would this help with Anterior Pelvic Tilt?

    • @Juusori
      @Juusori 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Not so much since in this exercise they are working on the mobility of the hip capsule, as in the head of the femur moving in the hip socket. For the anterior tilt you'd need to work on controlling the hip position and strengthen the anterior chain (mostly abdominal muscles - not crushes of such, more of isometric controlling work for example hollow body holds ). The anterior tilt is lack of control, strength and also tightness on some muscles no single exercise will fix it.

    Believe Jesus Christ died on the cross for your sins and rose from the dead three days later and repent of sin. Judgement is coming to this world. Also repent consistently. Jesus is coming soon. At any moment you can die and if your not right with Christ you would go to hell. If you died right now would you go to heaven or hell…

    Cree que Jesucristo murió en la cruz por tus pecados y resucitó de entre los muertos tres días después y arrepiéntete del pecado. El juicio está llegando a este mundo. También arrepiéntete constantemente. Jesús vendrá pronto. En cualquier momento puedes morir y si no estás bien con Cristo, te irías al infierno. Si murieras ahora mismo, ¿irías al cielo o al infierno...?
