We found that the key to an entire night of sleep with our vizsla puppy is for her to sleep in bed with us. She sleeps from 10pm - 8am without waking up at all. It’s fabulous. Durning the day, she takes her naps in her crate
How funny. I just came across this video and we just picked up our v 8 weeks ago. Her name is Rosie too. They are the cutest pups ever. Our Rosie seems to have the same temperament as yours. They are bundles of energy but sleep hard too. And a v's cuddle is the best.
My best friend ever, Trooper, 1/26/09 until 6/9/09. Not a day goes by that I don't think of him and miss him dearly. There is nothing quite like a Vizsla. NOTHING! RIP.
We had a vizsla called Lily. She was such a loving dog and very friendly. Unfortunately she died after being attacked by a greyhound. She was bitten twice and got gram negative septicaemia which damaged her kidneys and heart. She died 15 months later. Lived to celebrate her 6 th birthday. I miss her so much. She was only 14 kgs all skin and bones at the end. Such a sad day.
Our Ginger is 2 now. I have owned dogs for 50 years. I've developed bonds and have loved them all. NOTHING prepares you for a Vizsla. I have never experienced such an intelligent and demonstrative dog in my life. She wakes up with her tail wagging and just loving life. Best way to describe her temperament --- She poops with her tail wagging. And when the tail wags, the butt comes along for the ride. You are in for a life changing experience! A GOOD ONE!

My girl looked like this at ten weeks. Almost ten years have gone by in a flash with my baby. I guess my baby Vizsla will always be my baby Vizsla.

my best dog friend Tulie passed away at only two. I miss her every day, will get another Vizsla.
So sorry for your loss. Bonnie, my Darling Beardie died almost 2 years ago. We’re now getting a w.h. Vizsla.
