@@purple9rain i don't remember anymore... but i think in the movie she talks about how intimate it is to know someone's middle name or something like that, something with middle names and compromise for sure, and at the end he ask hers without fear of getting involve.... i think it was something like that.

@@zer0tonin_ You know, Carrie's friend Tara suggested Carrie asked Matt's fiancee's middle name because guys don't usually pay attention to details like that. But if they're in love, they do. I guess Cy asked Carrie what's her middle name and it means Cy really like her.
I just discovered Carrie Pilby movie on Netflix. I loved everything about it!!! Very very good movie!
It is one of the greatest films unlike those cheesy and cliché teen-ager films. I absolutely loved when Cyrus asked her middle name and she smiled because she was certain Cyrus was the one. It was heart-warming, made me smile when she smiled in the End.
That’s literally the cheesiest moment if the movie. And the movie is still quite cliche in most regards, and it’s entirely uninteresting.

I have already seen this movie and it is indeed fantastic. Spoke to the producers about it and they were huge fans of the novel. You could feel their love for it!

I really liked watching this. I enjoyed how it dealt with conflict and how it showed that she actually did understand a lot of what the adult world's all about despite how others made her feel. Yes in some regards she's childish but all the times someone was calling her childish was because they didn't get their own way aka the irony of the situation.

She's such a great actress such a sweetheart I love her role here, it's a really sweet film, not completely cheesy, it has a good point and you definitely start to empathize with Powley's character.
Her performance in Diary of a Teenage Girl was fantastic. Can't wait to see this one. Looks great!

I don't know how I've never heard of Bel Powley but damn, she's married material.
Surprisingly good. I spent the first act or so wondering why I should care about such a terrible person, but I'm glad I stuck with it.
Saw it on Netflix decided to watch the trailer and BOOM COLIN O'DONOGHUE
When I had Netflix I put this in my queue b/c it sounded interesting. So one day I decided to watch it. I was instantly in love and the last time that happened with a movie was when I saw Sleepless in Seattle in the theatre in 1993. I decided to get rid of Netflix but I kept it longer than I should have b/c of this movie, so before I canceled my subscription, I bought the movie on DVD. I used to play it every night and fall asleep to it, not because it's boring by any means but because it's so "cozy and quiet" for lack of better words. It really made me want to be a better person and I can't tell you how much I want to become friends with Carrie Pilby. It makes me sad that she's a fictional character.
On behalf of all hermits I would like to say, we are normal for NOT wanting to be around other people. It is perfectly okay lol

She is an English actress, I've seen her on TV shows here in the UK. She has an extremely posh London accent in real life. It is a real shame when English people get cast as Americans and can't do the accent and vice versa!
I know who Bel Powley is and that she is English...I've even seen her randomly in London...I just did not understand what is going on with her character's accent...unless there is a purpose behind that...Maybe to show that her character, even though is English tries to change her accent while in America so she can
"fit in" and feel that she belongs....
