Delay was expected. It’s the same story with other vehicles as well. This is relatively a new company so I set my expectations low to get this delivered faster. It was not the promise, he was explaining the capacity of the newly built factory. I know for a fact that the building is not complete. I booked same as you, my delivery widow was January and they asked me to make the payment on 23rd Jan. Integ to make a payment but I know I will get his delivered in 15-20 days once the payment is done.
My story with RE classic in 2016, the waiting period was 4 months but I got my bike only after 7 months of waiting. The staffs at the showroom was always rude, they were like venum na cancel paniko.

paid full payment on jan 24 bro still they delaying delivery to 28 feb.A week ago received a call for charger installation latter they rescheduled the installation, as they have permission to install only around 30km in coimbatore. dint mention the rescheduled date.after paid full payment I can't find any "cancel payment option" to cancel also.

Same like you bro, I got RV 400 last year one day my charger got exlpoded and I given it for replacement on mid of December. At first they said me that I will receive a new charger within a week but they didn't give, saying some unwanted excuses like this 4 weeks ku intha problem issue move aachu still now they are not cared. And one thing rv 400 showroom customer service romba worst. Seri showroom la response ila nu, na head office ku call pani pesinen avangalum atha thaan panitu irukanga 3 weeks uh try panren avnagalta pesi out of stock oru word soldranga epavumae. Ethuku thaan EV bike vanginae no thoughts vanthruchu. 2 months uh summa thoosi uh kedaku bike uh.

I also recommend Ather. I am using for a year.
Not that I recommend since I brought the vehicle. They tell the range as 80 which is a true range. As per ARAI rating it will give 110 km/charge. But the company tell the truth that it gives only 80 for average person ride.

I booked on sept 10th got delivered yesterday on october 4th. Ola deliveries are quick now you have calculate from the time of full payment and also address match must be exactly like in aadhar or it will take too much time for verification. Also build quality issues are also fixed no wobbling rear handles and ugraded front suspension. I bought ola s1 model best scooter in this price of 118000rs total along with extended full 5 year warrenty and rc and delivery and helmut and insurance

Great video, Every person who booked will have the same feeling. I am one among them 😀. But I decided to wait some more days and made the complete payment.I received a call from document verification team after two days from complete payment. Now the status shows as "Getting ready for dispatch" with expected dispatch day as 28th Feb. I do see many people having issues with their Ola but they did mention the support from the technical team as well. After making full payment then no chances of cancellation 😂. So now i cannot cancel and need to wait like a Been. 😂

There are a lot of challenges in EV production bro. Ola is new to this industry. Even Tesla delayed a lot initially to deliver their cars to those who pre-booked. Whatsoever, I do agree that they should've sent some mail explaining the delay and convince the customers.

10 Million is capacity of factory da. Not current capacity. Yes ola needs to improve it's customer information service. With time this can be solved. Also some problems in hardware are also being solved like the charger is upgraded with fan now with latest batch versions also there is some suspension change in front also with the new S1 deliveries. So let see if they improve.
Same With me.. Booked Ola in August 2021 and still waiting with frustration. They asking for payment now, but OLA app is giving so many issues. Sent 4 or 5 emails and yet no response. One thing to highlight is no dealerships and also no customer care :) Vandi vaanginaalum problem than.. Nalla vela payment panna mudiyala.. I am also cancelling the order.

Hi bro, am from Udumalpet from Tirupur District. Me and my friends got ole Ev(3 vehicles) in January month. We paid the final payment on 15th Nov. Actual delivery date is 15th to Dec 31st, but we got January 18th. We reserved the vehicle same day when they launched. But worth for wait bro.
