About the tool we use in the video :
Its a special made tool, available from cnc-step.de.
Mit der zusätzlich verstärkten Ausführung der RaptorX-Stone 1200/S10 sind Sie künftig als Steinmetzbetrieb oder Natursteinvertrieb in der Lage, Ihre Anwendungsvielfalt bzw. Angebotspalette zu vergrößen und individuell und schnell auf Kundenwünsche einzugehen.
So lassen sich mit der CNC gesteuerten Einheit nicht nut 3D Reliefs in Marmor, Sandstein, Schiefer oder andere Steine einbringen. Auch Granit kann relativ tief graviert werden.
Im Video fräsen wir mit einem 90° Werkzeug.
Die CNC-Maschine ist sehr einfach zu bedienen, es muss nichts programmiert werden.
Sie erstellen Ihre Schriften. Logos, bas reliefs etc. in einer Software wie der mitgelieferten ( ConstruCAM-3D oder Corel Draw ) und lassen die Fräswege berechnen, die sie im Anschluss an die Maschine ausgeben.
Das kann wirklich jeder, auch wenn er noch keinerlei Erfahrungen im Bereich CNC-Technik mitbringt !
Falls es jedoch wider Erwarten Probleme geben sollte, supporten wir Sie in Echtzeit live über Ihren eigenen PC und mit telefonischer Unterstützung. Das bietet Ihnen sonst niemand.
Ebenfalls verfügbar ist ein Gravurkopf, mit dem sie Glas, Granit, Edelstahl etc. mit Fotogravuren in hoher Auflösung zu erstellen.
