@Jai Cotman, basically you can use sugar substitutes and usually they are much sweeter than sugar, so please use less of it, accordingly. People said that they found bitter aftertaste in some product. Each brand has a different level of sweetness. My pleasure.

Thank you, if you use active dry yeast, dissolve the yeast with warm water and a litle sugar, stir and let it until frothy about 10 - 15 minutes.

Kalo liat resep2 mbak kok ya dough gak perlu diuleni smp kalis elastis? saya bikin roti bbrp kali susah kalis dan hasil kurang ok.
Untuk yang soft sticky dough memang saya aduk saja. Untuk yang windowpane test harus diuleni hinga kalis. Mungkin hanya faktor belum biasa saja ya...
