Only one scoop of ice cream or a small slice of cake or just 2 cookies etc...I also eat meat, bread and I have 2 veggie gardens and eat plenty of vegetables. A moderate and balanced diet is key but most importantly-I run 2 miles 5 days a week and workout at Planet Fitness. Exercise is very important.

I made these today for the first time, and they came out so perfect and tasty! My dough barely rose though, and stayed super soft and mostly sticky. I just used more plain flour to make it easier to roll it out. When I left the rolls for a final rise, they still didn't really rise at all. I stuck 'em in the oven anyway and thankfully, they turned out lovely. I left out spring onion though, and added chopped spinach and peas instead. Everybody enjoyed them and gobbled 'em up! Made this last night & came out wonderfully 😃. The bread was so soft & fluffy. Though I cook quite often, this was my first ever baking experiment & it was a huge success! Got a lot of compliments,, All thanks to you !😍🙏. I added minced garlic and substituted the carrots with cabbage for the filling. I made a cottage cheese filling. Only mistake I made was a little wet filling. Thanks so much ❤️ for a fantastic recipe which has now been sent to Canada.
