When you are on the home screen, you have a map showing. My dad's Tundra has the next turn listed and no map, is that because yours has a navigation installed and his is the scout GPS app?
I had the same problem with mine. You have to make sure you are fully connected to the Toyota entune app. I had to uninstall mine and reinstall it. Phone needs to be connected by USB cord and Bluetooth.

what vehicle is this? can you do a short version of this in a 2016 4-runner trail premium , none exist on youtube.
