You have explained this wonderfully and made it easy to understand. Semaflutide just like diet and exercise is a tool and we are empowered to use it in order to see maximum results.
You definitely have to eat! I’m on Wegovy and I’ve lost 16 lbs in a month on the 2.5. I work out and I do weight training so I absolutely have to eat at least 1300-1500 calories a day. It’s been a been a pretty easy transition for me because I already had a pretty healthy diet and had my portions under control already. It’s definitely a mental gain. Also you can definitely keep the weight off. I have a friend who lost 100 lbs and she’s been off it for a year and has gained only 10 lbs back.
I would say this video got the recommendations right for those using these drugs. There is one thing I would add which I found helpful. I started carefully monitoring the amount of fiber in the foods I was eating compared to the amount of calories I was "spending" to get that fiber. I discovered that bread - even those that appear to be high in fiber - are a very poor source of fiber for the calories they contain. In contrast, almost all fruits and vegetables contained a surprisingly high amount of fiber without a lot of calories. Some exceptions are bananas, avocadoes, and mangoes. I suggest checking how much calories and fiber there is in a couple of slices of your usual bread and compare that to half a pound of strawberries, or a couple of apples. I think you will be shocked. I certainly was and I have since swapped out most of the bread I used to eat and replaced that with more fruits.
I an on compound pharmacy Semiglutide. I am at almost 6 months mark and lost almost 30 pounds. Still going strong. I lost 12 % body mass so far. I have around 40 pounds to lose. I am so excited to mive more as I feel lighter. I tried all sort of stuff before Semiglutide. Is not always easy with the digestive side effect but I can adjust the dosage.
Can I ask what dosing protocol you did . I'm considering experimenting with bodybuilder clients during the end of contest prep when the hunger and urge too binge is almost unbearable.
@@jonsingleton203 well...this drug is prescribed by a doctor and based on BMI that shows that person needs it and also that you already tried other lifestyle methods to lose weight. The compound pharmacy dosage for me is in units and my functional medicine clinics gave me clear instructions on how to go up
On a semiglutide compound regimen , you usually start with 10ml, then followed by 20ml, then 40ml . To be injected the same day every week . You increase the dosage if you feel its not enough for you . I dont know anything about body building, so i really don’t understand how it would come into play . But i saw a documentary : trafficked with mariana van zeller : steroids - at the end the kid went on a competition and the “steroid supplier” added some semaglutide/insulin?for a more ripped effect- try to watch it if you are into that . But like she said : this is an rx , and should be use accordingly and with caution . With all my respect , if you are not a medical professional you should not be giving this to your clients - you should respect their well being & their lives . But its always good to be informed- best to you

Anyone else start out with an online weight loss company (i used Mochi), but then find that you could get a research chemical identical to a semaglutide or a tirzepatide for much cheaper? I just got my first vial of an RC semaglutide in the mail. It required being reconstituted with BAC water. That’s where people fail, when they get to their goal, they think they don’t need to continue exercise.
Is that what happened to you?
