Mo has omitted the need to condition the body and the central nervous system. This is done via breath control ( pranayama) and yoga poses (Asanas). Having accomplished both then going into deep meditation via concentration is effortless and maintained continuously.
I recently discovered Mo as an AI pioneer, but it looks like I will be sitting at his knee for other wisdom as well.
