Yes I did. Sorry, I know the video/audio quality is not the best in this video. It was my first attempt on TH-cam. I have fought with this problem off and on, and in the past disconnecting the negative battery terminal has often "reset" the trunk latch motor, at least enough to get it to work again. Stay tuned to my channel, as I will be doing a video at some point replacing the actual motor, as mine has gone completely bad. Let me know if you'd like to see a video of what I have rigged up in the meantime. I have a way to open it if this process doesn't fix yours, I can make a video if it would help you. Hope it works for you!
This had worked for me for years, it started getting to where it would only fix it for a couple times, and then it would only work once. This is what I'd recommend you try first, and if this doesn't fix your problem or doesn't last very long, check out my other video on cleaning the trunk latch motor.

He didn’t do anything.there’s a fuse box for for the trunk next to the battery
I disconnected and reconnected the negative battery terminal. This reset the trunk motor for me for years when I had this problem
