Hi Matthew! My name is Jen and I'm a nutritionist! I'm so happy that you realize that you do not have to do a crazy diet like keto to lose weight! That being said, calorie counting works for a lot of people, but just know that you don't even have to count calories to lose weight, if you don't want to! It's all about finding a sustainable solution that works for you! I'm so happy to have found your channel so early on! Yeah I fully agree, and I am using MyfitnessPal to track calories! I just dont agree with over complicating things at this stage!
