I love seeing your weekly check ins. Always good to see how someone who is quite a bit further out than me is doing and handling life as we now live it. Keep up the great work and keep a smile on.

I'm seeing a twinkle in your eye today...I think perhaps you're finally "getting it!" So good to see you relaxing into your new way of life!

The Produce Box is a company that puts together items from local farmers and producers and deliver a box weekly with produce, meats, cheese, whatever. We can pick a "default" box type that will come unless we tell them not to, but I can also go in every weekend and pick from several options and add things to it. My husband picks ours up at work once a week. It helps me (and the kids) eat more different kinds of fruits and veggies, which is nice, instead of always getting grapes or apples and broccoli. :) The peaches have been great this year!

Heather Feathering Our local produce wholesaler has organic boxes every Weds... kinda a big pain because It's all the way downtown and first come, first served (transportation is always an issue for me). To some degree, I have loosened my dietary guidelines some.... but I still try to limit my net carbs to 30 g daily. I use a "If it fits my macros " model a lot more than I used to... before I was strict keto ... no matter what (not even a bite of restricted foods (fruit, potatoes, rice, etc). Haven't decided on a happy medium, but starting to realize just how LONG TERM this will be!
