After owning both 458 and 50 beo, I sold the the 458 socom. Little harder to get ammo in stores for 50, but online has many options. It does more and can be loaded to fire just like 458. The Beowulf will stop engines from running, which is what coast guard uses them for.

I love that you're a texas man, I'm from the Dallas County area, and I've just recently bought my first gun (Ar-15) about 3 months ago and just went to the store today and picked up my first new handgun, the Glock 34 Gen5 MOS. The 450 is only smaller in diameter, it's longer case allows it to carry more energy out past 300 yards than either the socom or Beowulf.
Eddawg 79 but under 300 yards especially around 100 yards the .50 Beowulf is king it's not even a competition. You get a huge range of ammo weight to choose from with the .458 you can even get light 140 grain bullets for it. they all have advantages your probably not going to be useing any of them if your trying to shoot 300 yards tho. There are better options like .308 and 6.5 creedmoore for long ranges

If they are a public platform (which technically they are) they can't block or shadow ban anything. If they are a publisher they can do what they want but I know someone will quickly start an open platform site to fill the mass exodus of people to leave once they openly show their true colors

For one of your future videos you should try and see if you can get a hold of the SA80 A3. Previous models were heavily frowned upon but the A3 is meant to be a hell of a lot better and i reckon you'll enjoy shooting it. Plus would be generally interesting to see your take on it.

People were asking me why I wanted a Beowulf, when ballistics arent the best, ammi isnt the cheapest, etc. Uhhh.... because 'merica. Thats why.

You could also try the 300 and 458 Hamm'R to see what you think of them. Both rounds will work in a .223 lower where you only need to switch out uppers.
