Hi, after entering the OTP to unlock the phone it gives this message "Your IP application has exceeded the limit" in Chinese. I tried multiple times but it gives the same message

Dada mera new phone redmi note 4 3GB ram ka phone recently 8.5.4.0(NCFMIED) global stable rom, android 7 (nogut) mei update hone ke baad jada ram kue kha raha hai, pehiele 1.6 Gb ram free rehta tha ab sirf 1.2 Gb -1.1Gb jaise normoly free rehta hai. pls uuse thike karne ka tarika kaya hai uske bare mei video banae ei na.
If I fail to unlock the bootloader because of not associating my MI account with MI unlock status and I cancel the operation and associate my Mi account with the Mi unlock status then does it take 72 hours for Xiaomi to check that. In my case, I'm stuck at 99% and it says 72 hours later than the first attempt. Do I need to wait for 72 hours?
while unlockin bootloader if it stucks @ 50 % then phone will become brick or we can normally restart again

Worked for me after following your instructions exactly. Was getting stuck at 99% on my Redmi Note 3 Kenzo previously.
Note:
- Not sure if it was just a matter of time (I waited for 1 month+) or following your steps helped, since I didn't try unlocking prior to your steps.
- The OEM settings unlock device from Additional Settings didn't work ever - even today. Bootloader however unlocked today without issue! Thanks for the detailed video.

In latest version unlocker tool says phone isnt connected (in fastboot itself) but in older version 1.1 it connects and stops at 20%

What if I don't download unlock rom, and directly unlock in developer settings, can I do that way?
you can't directly unlock using mobile.. you have to follow all the steps as I mentioned in this video then you have to unlock the boot loader via mi unlock tool using pc.
bro I got the permission to unlock my device but when I connected my device to unlock it is tilling me go to development option in the mobile and then go to mi unlock status and to add my mi account I did it but it is tilling do the same thing again and again 😥😥plzzz till me how to solve this problem 🙏🙏🙏
