ou’re glowing! ✨ Seeing you get back into fitness postpartum is so motivating. It’s a reminder that self-care and health are the best gifts we can give ourselves. Keep going, mama! 💪🏼
Could you share like what you eat in a day/ different meal and snack ideas. I’m trying to find quick and easy things when life is so busy with kids and it’s difficult haha.
Yay! I love it when you post routine-type videos, and what a wonderful surprise to see an upload on Thursday! But truly, I love all your videos. I started using Trainwell based on your recommendation and have been consistently working out 4 days a week for the past 8 weeks! It’s been amazing. I love having all my workouts planned for me based on my goals. However, I struggle with nutrition and drinking enough water every day. I would like to try your approach by making small improvements here and there instead of attempting large, drastic changes that I know I will end up failing at. Thank you for the continued inspiration!
Love hearing that!! Isn’t it so great?? 🥰 Oooh okay for nutrition I think the two biggest things that help me are 1) making healthy choices easier than unhealthy ones. So stock healthy foods and snacks that you like and put them at eye level so you’re more likely to opt for them over less healthy options. 2) find healthy foods that make you excited to eat them and prepare them so they’re available when you want them. And then for water, I always find having a goal amount that you want to drink helpful and just set it as a daily goal to work towards! Hope that’s helpful! Also maybe talk to your trainwell trainer about adding hydration/nutrition to your goals! I’ve done that with my trainer in the past and that extra accountability can be helpful!
I ve been walking daily anywhere from 10 min to 35 min , even in the rain. I’d like to extend to 45 to 60 min. I have done a week, so just beginning. Love love love to hear about your food n shakes. You look great.
That smoothie looks so tasty; I can't wait until it warms up and it is smoothie weather over here. I read somewhere though, that you shouldn't put bananas and berries in the same smoothie because it breaks down some of the nutrients in the berries? Unsure on the science, so I still sometimes put banana in because I like the taste :)
I'm so envious Baby O sleeps 8-9hrs! I'm still, 16m PP sleeping in 2-3 hour blocks... Enjoy it! Everything is easier when you get good sleep, good on you for focusing on your health - the ultimate self care 💕
I hesitated to be influenced to join trainwell perhaps in the fall. I just “celebrated” my 200th workouts. Amazing what consistency, support can help to meet fitness goals. Thank you for the info!
This is inspirational! I started my workout journey a month ago and loving it and feeling so much better! What weight size do you have for starting out? I’m kind of where you are trying to build strength back up. And where are your dumbbells from? Need a good brand, I’m just using target right now. Thank you for this video 💖
That looks delicious! I have been getting into smoothies with greens as well. You are doing great. A healthy habit creates other healthy habits. Keep up the good work.
I recently purchased myself a large tumbler (40oz), as I'm trying to get into the habit of drinking more water. Healthy eating habits I am still struggling with so your video was really helpful ❤
You're way more disciplined than I was. Great job! Try tracking your sugar and carbs. Granola and fruit can act on your body as sugar (no different than candy) and cause a fatty liver even in thin people. I think that's what I'm dealing with now. Keto has really helped me. The liver can't tell if your sugar comes from sweets or fruit & carbs, it's still fructose. Carbs and sugar can really add up: fruit in the parfait, cranberries in salad, honey in tea etc and your liver becomes overworked. Focusing on protein, salad greens, fiber, and healthy fats is always a good goal. Love your content even though we are in different phases of life. My baby goes off to college in a few days. My oldest will graduate college next spring. (I saw later on in your video that you are focusing on protein, that's good. Didn't see that yet when I made this comment)
As someone who is older (50+) I find that nutritional needs change according to ones need. Like before, during and after pregnancy. When one feels well verses when one doesn't feel so well. Or if someone has a medical condition. The nutritional needs may change to give the body what it needs to sustain, build, balance or improve the situation. Protein is definitely important, meat or veggie based, but for me at this stage in life it helps me to maintain muscle mass as well. Love your videos. I can't believe Oliver is three months already. He's such a cutie pie. ❤
This is what I can relate to. Focusing on getting full on protein keeps me from binging on sweets and carbs afterwards. It's tough to get enough protein in the day (they recommend one gram per pound per day). As we age, our brains respond better to ketones than glucose. Keto is saving my life and my health.
This was a great video. I agree that small, consistent changes are key to developing good, long-term health habits. I remember a few years ago I made a list of healthy eating & exercise goals, such as eat 1 fruit a day, then 2 fruits a day, etc. I made one change per week (so 1 fruit per day each day for a week), then added a second item the following week (1 fruit per day + 1 veg per day). It was really easy to just add one good habit each week, and because I was doing it so gradually, it was easier to achieve the goals. With exercise, it was walk 10 min per day for a week, then each week add 5 min til I build up to an hour per day. As stated, this was in the past. You have inspired me here to start up again with this plan - thank you! ❤️🌹
Thanks for sharing. I watch another TH-camr that recently had a baby and it’s like it’s top secret. She won’t even say its name. She calls it”baby” I love the name Oliver. It’s the cutest. Glad to hear you’re getting your groove back.
I love fruits but should be controlling how much you take because its sooo much sugar can be. 😢 Also my kid didnt sleep full night until 1 years old…so its really diffifult time for the body and the soul. :/

I love that smoothie you had in your hand, so smooth and creamy it is.

Thank you!!

Absolutely!! And yes! I'm going through a major smoothie moment!
I loved this video🤍. I can’t wait to try the salad that you made. Quick question has your period come back heavier or lighter since you’ve had Oliver?

Im keen to try trainwell!!!
How do you start the day with such a cold beverage???
I have berries and a scoop of yoghurt with muslie at breakfast. ❤
How much is Trainwell monthly? It wants me to match with a trainer before they give pricing.
Ashlynne! You look so cute as always.☺💓
This video is so helpful as I am trying to lose weight.
Thank you! Have an amazing day.🤗
Aww so glad to hear that!!

Such a great perspective, thanks for sharing!!
What was the skort you were wearing while working out?

Hi, I learn something from you. Thanks a lot for the inspiration. Please can you help me? I don't want to stop schooling. I need financial assistance.
