These are great! My babies are teens now, but I definitely remember how poignant my feelings during pregnancy and post partum were. One thing to remember after your baby comes-- everything will change and self-care will feel impossible to make time for. But it isn’t! When everything was crazy at first, I had fewer non negotiables. They were scripture study, exercise, and shower. Luckily I could read while feeding the baby. During their first nap of the day, I exercised. Sometimes I couldn't finish it in one go. Sometimes I exercised a shorter time but twice a day. On the 2nd or 3rd nap, I showered. Sometimes it took until 5pm when my husband got home before i could shower. But over time, the baby will have a more predictable schedule. If i managed to get the 3 things done, then I could do dishes and laundry. Sometimes I did, sometimes I didn’t! Don’t be afraid to ask for help!!
Agree ! It’s easy to get bogged down in cleaning etc and not doing things for yourself. With my first I got bogged down in researching colick, breastfeeding etc etc and it wasn’t a good use of my time. With my second My non negotiables were drink water, eat fresh, sleep, in that order! I admire your stamina ❤

I switched to a baking soda based toothpaste when pregnant because it foamed less and didn’t trigger my gag reflex. I also used the palmers cocoa butter stick and no stretch marks after 2 nine pound plus babies
I just had a miscarriage and I’m hoping to get pregnant in the next couple months. I’m doing whatever I can to aid my body in healing and being ready to conceive again. I’m praying every single day God will bless us again. I love all your videos and so excited for you and your husband!
Looking great ❤ I used the same combo of Bio Oil and Lotion, and used it in my breasts, glutes, hips, and thighs as well. It really did make all the difference in how my skin felt and recovered after since everything got so swollen in that last trimester.
I love to read my Bible first thing in the morning and work out after work. I relax with TH-cam and rest my eyes with a warming mask and then cooling eye wipes. 😊
I’m so excited for you to experience motherhood, however your in for so many surprises, some very common to being new parents, like not sleeping much, to baby not be predictable, he calls the shots until you set up a schedule, be kind to yourself that may not come until later after the recovery period from giving birth and breast feeding challenges, but your routines may change for you, you may want to consider reading the Bible at night if baby takes more time in the morning, and your grooming and coffee time sometimes, most of the times wait until you feed and settle baby back to sleep. Perhaps if you plan a head oatmeal in the fridge and let the bed be undone until 12:00 or whatever you find time. Just remember this is a new life changing environment, and you can achieve whatever you want just be patient with your self. Congratulations 🎉❤on baby… I love watching your videos they calm me…

Also I have been so thirsty all pregnancy. I am drinking 120-160oz water a day its been crazy!
