    This is the best video ever. I interviewed for a L&D project manager position and watched it in preparation for an interview I had a few weeks ago. They asked me how I would design a training program from scratch to completion. I used this as a template and personalized my response based on this video. Thank you so much!

    Hi Ire, thank you for the great content.
    If my resources have provided their time estimates and it exceeds the project timeline the sponsor has given, do I need to negotiate this with the resources?

    • @pitolinmotion
      @pitolinmotion  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Thanks , and Yerp I think that’s helpful to do if possible. Sometimes they may have put extra contingencies they don’t need, but sometime that’s genuinely the time needed, then you need to go back to the sponsor to say, no can do, or provide an alternative solution

    I'm currently applying for Project delivery coordination within my company and I honestly know not much about this, but I want to try it. The task that was given is to create a project example for my current team. So I really hope that your videos will assist me with clarifying how to do that.

    How do you manage tasks going over schedule? Do you create a first, ideal schedule and a second you edit as you go, or do you just manually edit the original? Do you then distrabute this to stakeholders?

    • @pitolinmotion
      @pitolinmotion  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I personally always have a version of my original available so I know where I started from, the update a separate copy as the project progresses. Some software will allow you to update the place whilst also having markers of the original baseline on the same sheet. And I’ll give regular updates to stakeholders in an appropriate format

      Hey, just proper control of your deliverables, dependencies and risks which could impact that critical path. Tbh there is no one way to protect it, you just have to fix issues that may affect the critical path fast. And also ensure mitigations to risks which could affect the CP are always in place and are substantial
