Me three.. I was just thinking the same,, I think when our Tour Guide is in a smaller space I notice how quiet it is. I was wondering how he keeps background sound low,, hmm. Not knowing much about filming, but I know plenty of the loud crazy world and it’s horrible. I love traveling with you.
I’m an American military veteran that was stationed in Okinawa in the 1990s. I loved Japanese vending machines! I especially loved the beer vending machine outside of my apartment. I love that vending machine has the Okinawan beer, Orion 8:34 I also loved the Asahi Super Dry commercials in Japan. I loved how the Japanese announcer pronounced those words.
I always have a bunch of books downloaded to my phone and tablet in case I don't have wi-fi, so I'd just spend the whole trip reading. (and trying vending machine treats) Very nice video, thank you for making it.
After I finish I feel like crying I don’t know why but I am touched and I feel happy as if I am living everything in the video I am grateful to you Continue your wonderful work You are creative 👏🏻👏🏻🥹🩷
I really am enjoying your videos, showing us different places in Japan is nice. I know I will never get to go there but it’s nice to see and experience Japan as you take us along. I love the different Capsule hotels & amenities they offer. Also I like the different food & vending machines you show us. Japan is really a advanced country! On the Capsule pods, I can’t figure how they clean them in a fast & efficient way… Thanks again for your videos!
Thank you so much for your kind words! I'm glad you enjoy the videos and the glimpses of Japan I share. The cleaning process of capsule pods is indeed fascinating. Stay tuned for more!
The clouds were lovely, I think i would read my kindle or preload some songs onto my phone for the trip since i wouldn't have internet for spotify or anything like that. Very nice variety of foods on that trip. Thanks for sharing.
I love your videos so much they are just so fun and made at such high quality and always feel so transportive (I feel like im in Japan every time I watch) !!! ❤ I thoroughly enjoy your captions as well!! I've been watching since last year 🥰
Amazing video! I love watching all the fun stuff that can be done in your country! I cannot wait to visit your beautiful land and experience it for myself! Great content!! Much love from America!! 👍😎👍 🇯🇵🇺🇲🇯🇵🇺🇲
Thank you for your time and videos. Love learning about others cultures. Going by ferry seems like a relaxing way to travel along Japan. The vending food looked great. Wish we had this in the states. Love watching your videos while relaxing in bed after a long hard day of work. Keep them coming!
26:13 I’m absolutely amazed at how delicious so much of the food looks! I’m from the United States and our vending machines usually only contain junk food snacks and soft drinks. I honestly wish we had machines here like the ones in Japan. It would make traveling a lot easier. Even day to day life would be easier.
I’m so glad you found the food appealing! Japanese vending machines really do offer so much variety. It would definitely make traveling and everyday life easier if we had them in the U.S.!
Hi from the UK! I worked in a factory back in the early 1990's that had food in vending machines that you microwaved yourself, it was truly awful compared to the ones on the ferry. Not sure I could live on 'ping!' cuisine for three days. As for the capsules, that's a nope, all that farting and snoring....
Really enjoyed your video. That mini cruise looked like fun. I would love one try it one day. Two days without the internet. HMM. I think they invented something new to replace it, it’s called a book. With paper pages and enverythjng. LOL!!
No way would I do the capsule rooms. Without Internet I would knit or crochet, do crossword or word search or play video games on a handheld console. I grew up before we had internet, moved across country in our station wagon and we found things to entertain us. I love these videos. I'll never get to Japan and you forget there are lots of islands there. Thanks for taking me along!
I would read, eat, sleep, and walk/exercise/practice my tai chi. All very relaxing! Thank you for another interesting video (I feel like I've seen this ferry before)! Until next time, be safe and well and stay dry! 😃
That was fascinating! Since I am a vegetarian, I guess I'd be eating spaghetti, bread, dessert, potatoes ... and drinking beer to pass the time! Since I knit and love to read, I'd be endlessly entertained.
Wow! This is one of the most unique journeys you've ever shared with us! Hmmm...what would I do without internet for two days? 🤔🤔. I would hope for a book I couldn't put down!! I wonder if the same person with the wrapped vending machine items in Akihabara chose the prizes for the ferry game!! 😂😂😂😅😅😅
That was an amazing experience and your witty commentary made it even better. If I went, I'd probably get severe choice paralysis with all the delicious looking food on offer and definitely leave a few pounds heavier in my stomach but several pounds lighter in my wallet. I'd probably pass the time playing on my Switch in the lounge or watching the ocean from the deck, or even just taking a nap and enjoying the feeling of being out at sea.
That looked like fun. I think I would spend all day reading and watching the water go by. I live in the desert. There's not much use for ferries here ha ha ha.
Hi, I just got done watching your video! The whole capsule sleeping area is a no for me, I love privacy. Two days without internet, would be weird. However during the summer of 2009, I went on a trip and had no access to the internet for like 6-7 days it was hard. So two days without WiFi wouldn’t hurt. Thank you for sharing! 😁
the way they've linked each vending machine item to a microwave setting is genius. no need to first find out what microwave settings you need and then take ages putting that in (by ages I don't mean 1 person, but many people during peak lunch or dinner rush times). simple and quick
The price of the meals and the quality never seize to amaze me. some of those meal would cost like 15$ in canada and would be a quarter of the quality.Thank you for another cool video!
Just subbed! 😊Enjoyed your ASMR- actual POV on board and your travels in Japan on your channel! Your commentary to read is informative and hilarious ( Reclining Chair Museum 😂😂) and your editing is great!
Open the sesame 😆 this looks like a fun little trip. I’d need my own room since I’m claustrophobic. The food looks yummy except for the fries. Soggy potatoes are never good lol. Thanks for sharing!
I very much enjoy travelling by ship and luckily for me, I have never been sea sick even if the sea is very rough. But I don't like to be near people who are sick so that is why I would prefer a private cabin. I can imagine that vending machine food would be very good because if it wasn't, people would not trust it, and the owners would loose a lot of money. You are right though, there is less human interaction and of course, less jobs for people. Thank you for another intriguing video.
You are hilarious. The food looked delicious. I would have been trying alot of different foods. I see your getting what we are getting rain rain and did I say rain. Love the video as always. Did you get a Souvenir? ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤
A capsule room is quite small for 3 days but if I was traveling alone I think I could manage. If I was traveling with my son we would need more space however
I can believe the vending machine foods are delicious and high quality. Frozen and dehydrated/freeze dried foods have come a long way in recent years, and it seems the Japanese always value innovation and high quality, so no doubt they are good. Hope I can get there to try them one day! 🇯🇵🍱
I'm just wondering how roads are so clean and amazing even during rainy times!! here in my country they will lay roads like for months and it wont last even for a small rain!!! Japan is a promising country!! hope I will visit sooner!!!!!!
I feel like I'd try various exotic meals, but I'd at least want to try ONE American-style snack or something, just to see Japan's take on American food. It's always fascinating to try cross-culture stuff like that. GREAT video and fun to watch.

I understand not having WiFi on the entire ship. I would think that having it certain areas would be appropriate. The capsule part isn't bad if you don't stay there all of the time. The private room you stayed in was nice. Good food selection and reasonable prices.
what an amazing ferry! Your room looked very cozy, but no I could not stay in the tiny bunk like room for 3 days. I'd go crazy due to the lack of space. The room you had was perfect though! All the food looked yum, and I really wish we had something like that where I live at the moment, but we don't! Also sorry for the lateness of seeing the video, I have been hard at work doing a charity and raising money to help people who need mental health help! Thank you for another wonderful video, and stay safe and wonderful and amazing in your travels, dear friend!
Just like everyone, I enjoy watching your videos. No annoying music, just the noise of the background. That’s more than enough.
Exactly! Well said ❤

It's so kind and thoughtful of them to include Antarctic cuisine
Was that the water I saw?
I really enjoy your filming style. I played the video with my morning coffee, and it was a really peaceful way to start the day. Thanks!
Can't wait to get older and visit Japan. Love from Jamaica 🇯🇲 ❤️
Can't wait to welcome you to Japan! Love from Japan!
The Antarctic - 😊😊
I really like this ferry boat vending machine video !
I'm glad you enjoyed the ferry boat vending machine video!
The capsule sleeping quarters. No privacy plus noisy due to snorers. No thanks. But your private room with a window very nice.
I understand, the private room with a window was definitely a better choice!
It would make sense that people who do snore can't apply for capsule beds, or something will be needed to silence the snore.
nothing some earplugs wouldnt solve
Acoustic damper does the trick extremely well if you layer it all over the room to prevent sounds from bouncing around.
If you don’t have a lot of money, you deal with it
Seeing a new video posted always makes my day! You do such an amazing job with them!
Thank you so much! I'm glad my videos can brighten your day!
I always have a bunch of books downloaded to my phone and tablet in case I don't have wi-fi, so I'd just spend the whole trip reading. (and trying vending machine treats) Very nice video, thank you for making it.
A ferry with vending machines is something you wouldn't find anywhere else.Japan really knows how to use things to the max.Great video as usual.😊
Thankyou for taking me on a journey i wouldn't have seen i enjoy your videos so much ❤ from Australia

Thank you! I'm glad you liked it.
I've found it interesting how we grow to like food as we age. I've seen it with myself, then my children and now my grandkids. How interesting.
It’s fascinating, isn’t it? Our taste buds change over time, and it’s interesting to see how our food preferences evolve across generations.

I laughed so much at the terminator reference when those bikers arrived! 🤣
Glad you found it funny! I couldn't resist making that reference. 😄
I want that ice cream sandwich 😀. I enjoyed this video - thank you for sharing.
I'm glad you enjoyed it! That ice cream sandwich was delicious.
The Japanese have got it going on there!!!! Everything is spotless clean!!!!
That ice cream looked delicious!!😋😋

"View from the upper deck is insane!" he said, while sitting on top of the bunkbed. 😂😂😂 Love it! ❤❤❤
What's more universal than the hot meal coming out of the microwave and trying not to burn your hand.
So true! Everyone knows the struggle of not burning your hand with a hot microwave meal.
Thanks for the video❤️ Private room is better😌 Different kind of foods were there in vending machines love it😋❤
The outside view of the ferry is really fabulous 😊 as long as u don't see a giant Ice berg waiting for you to take on ! 🤸🏻♂️🏃🏻♂️

I grew up before the internet as well, and would probably have the time of my life knitting, reading, etc. The only downside would be no music.
I love our local ferry.
$7 gets you a 45 minute sea cruise!🤣
i love and enjoy these videos so so much!!! it's really the pure experience. thank you!!
Thank you so much! I’m really happy you’re enjoying the videos - it means a lot!
I don't need Wi-Fi. All I need is a good book to read. LOL
I totally agree! Sometimes a good book is all you need.
A good book, maybe bring some drawing supplies. Being able to disconnect from online happenings is a good thing.
I would read, eat, sleep, and walk/exercise/practice my tai chi. All very relaxing! Thank you for another interesting video (I feel like I've seen this ferry before)! Until next time, be safe and well and stay dry! 😃

The pictures on the packaging is pretty close to what it really looks like. I would definitely try the pork cutlet sandwich. Maybe more than once😂
Looks like so much fun. Wish I had been on that trip with you except I would not like the public restrooms and showers! LOL!
It was a blast! I totally understand about the restrooms and showers. LOL!
Thank you for the ferry trip! I used to be in the Navy, I miss those big seas bad or good weather!
Thank you for your service! Glad the video brought back memories.
Yay! Excited for this video. Thank you.
Glad to hear that! Enjoy the video!
Ah yes very soothing indeed

Awesome video and hello from Brisbane Australia 🇦🇺
Thank you! Hello to Brisbane, Australia!
I would love to travel that ferry and try all the vending machines! So clever the matching microwaves!
These are very good videos. Very interesting ans well made.
I would love to see vending machines even half this good in Canada. The most we ever get, that I know of, is just basic junk food and drinks.
You made me laugh and smile. I really needed that today😭. Thank you!
🤗
I enjoyed the travel with you. Thank you.
That looked like fun. I think I would spend all day reading and watching the water go by. I live in the desert. There's not much use for ferries here ha ha ha.

27:27 hmm nice number eahh ,ehemm this is the favourite food and easy to make and find cause this is one of the most famous japan food ,very oishiii

I think the capsule rooms are fine if it's just an overnight trip but for 3 days I would go with the private room like you did. Great video!
Love your videos. Lets me go places I probably never will see in my lifetime. Thank you!
Wow! I can't believe I watched this video from beginning to end. I usually don't with most channels, however this video was top-notch ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very informative video. My mouth was watering with the “Omelet” you had. It honestly looked good!
I LOVE convenience food. I don’t even know why. However, I have a finicky palate. None the less… I love these videos
I’m glad you love the videos, even with your picky palate! Convenience food has a unique charm for sure.

I would play board games like monopoly or L.I.F.E. or something else like that. Great way to pass a non-digital evening!!!

We only have drinks and 5 months old chocolate bars.

We have high quality frozen food as well in the west, a lot of the things you say that will surprise us does not.
Those frozen foods in the west are not usually available in vending machines though.
I understand not having WiFi on the entire ship. I would think that having it certain areas would be appropriate.

I like it when you buy food and eat it. Comforting, and usually looks tasty. Nothing like that in the USA.
