Welcome back to Zwift Racing Adam... I had a chest infection & high fever for 2 whole weeks the other month that slammed me for a few weeks and only recently feel fully recovered. Great smart racing at Tiny Races, you looked in control everytime! See you on the Zwift roads sometime soon, champion! KABOOM!
Great job, i went entirely too early on the last race thinking the sprint was finish line even though it was 1.5k to go. Since i was in a lower category, the group i raced with was on par with my abilities. Great job, especially after returning from being sick.
If you are a D Cat, you really need to look at the course. My only attempt at it Race 1 was 7.67k. Thus you had to avg 31k. I made the finish by 8 seconds. I was late to join race 2.
@@jamesengelsma3 they are scheduled each 15 minutes. So, technically in 15 minutes (although it will kill you if you are going to do them all out without break).

Thank you Darren! Hoping you are 100% again, too!
Good efforts, Adam. Good strategy, especially coming back from an illness. Heart rate was up, you got a good workout from the races. Nicely done.
@@C.Connell78 thank you!

@@SteakandChains thank you! I also thought the finish would be at the sprint!
These are really good for your fitness! If you know your power at VO2 max, try to hold that for the whole race
Ye, that's a killer VO2max workout!

I am B :-)
Would be good if they could repeat them mid-week like-for-like say on a Wedneday for those who are busy or miss on Saturdays.
It would but I guess there wouldn't be such attendance if that was the case.
How fast do you have to finish to make it in time for the next race?
