      गर्म पानी पीएं। गेहूं दाना बराबर चूना भी गुनगुने पानी में घोलकर रोज सुबह खाली पेट पे जाएं। शाम को जल्दी आहार लें और हल्का ही लें मगर चबाकर। दोपहर ठीक से आहार लें।
      सफेद नमक,सफेद चीनी न लें और इसकी जगह सेंधा नमक और गुड/मिश्री या खांड लें। सब्जी वनस्पति ऑयल या रिफाइंड ऑयल में कभी न बनवाएं बल्कि सरसों ऑयल या नारियल ऑयल में बनी सब्जी ही खाएं। ताजा आहार ही सेवनीय है। रोज सुबह लंबा टहलें मगर तेजी से की पसीना आ जाए!!! दिन में न सोएं। भोजन करते समय बाद में 90 मिनिट के बाद ही पानी पीएं।
      इसलिए भोजन करते समय बाद में हवा,पानी की जगह तो छोड़ दें! इसलिए गले तक न खाएं और तली ,garisth chesen na len.

      fresshly made idlis are good for vata , however, if there is too much urad dal in the batter , it can give you gas and indigestion by hampering the body's agni. freshly fermented batter (( nit more than 1 day old) is absolutely good. However, if the batter is older than this and is kept in the fridge might not be very great for dosha. so the best way is to have it in moderation.

    Thank you so much mam. Very helpful info. Hoping this info reaches the world, as one size fits all doesn't work and we all have different body types and yoga, food, occupation etc all depend upon on body type.
    Can you share a full day routine which also includes sequence of bathing massage, yoga time etc.
    Also if you could shed light on type of occupation each body type could do.
