Had loads of fun making this even though it took a while, it was actually super easy and simple! You should be able to find second hand liners but you can generally pick up pre-packed ones that should fit something like this for around £20 - or ask the shop if they have offcuts from big reels. Just careful if you're using heaters, they like to burn holes in liners, I used to stick them on a glossy kitchen tile.
Great job, well done 😊 The guppies doing laps around the island got me thinking of cool possibilities of having a pond with something like that as a permanent feature. Lots of room for creativity with the scaping . Keep up the good work, your channel has rapidly become one of my favourites of fishtube.
Hmm that is a very cool idea I hadn't thought of that, thank you! Maybe some fast-swimming tetras in the other pond if I do the super fast flowing river setup....

Excellent work 👍
Brilliant video
Well done Lou! Not exactly elegant but extremely practical. I like it, it works. Best use of materials at your disposal. A good inspiration to others.
Thank you! Hoping maybe some black sand and something around the outside to tidy it up will help
I need to work out a heated system for my 250 litre corner pond when i fit it out in spring for next winter, was thinking of adding a heated sump
