Thanks, Buddy. Unfortunately, our 2017 GX 460 has way more hoses in the way of the 4th (closest to the windshield) spark plug. Maybe due to our vehicle having a rear heater?
What year is your GX?

Mine is 2011. Yes indeed the 3rd and 4th on driver side are PITA.
