Hey guys we've had a rough week for copyright claims. Our reaction for The Wild Robot was blocked in some countries and almost all of our Squid Game Season 2 reactions were blocked everywhere. 13:32 Earlier you pointed out that her ring finger was cut off. Do you remember the first movie, when he tries to marry Lydia and he get a severed finger out of his pocket with a ring on it, saying "she meant nothing to me".
Some fun facts.
The writers for this film were the same writers/creators for Wednesday. Al Gough and Miles Millar.
Tim Burton used alot of background and secondary actors from Wednesday in this film. The cat lady on the couch was rhe bug eyed truck driver in episode 1. The surfer guy was the same actor who played Dalton, the bully in the swimming pool, and the pictures of young Astrid were the same actress who played young Wednesday.
The sandworms were infact stop motion animation.
The plane crash scene was derived from a real life worst fear of Tims.
The flashback of Beetlejuices death was originally going to be lyp synced by Keaton but was instead recorded in english and dubbed with Italian for an authentic look and sound.
Tim Burton provided the baby Beetlejuice voice and sounds.
The dog shown in the church scene was Tims dog he brought to set with him.
McArthurs Park was chosen by Tim from a jute box he has in his Kitchen. The sequences was also orginally going to be only part of the song but Tim said use the whole thing.
Delia and Astrids dancing was completely ad libbed. Both Jenna and Catherine said it was a lot of fun shooting that scene.
The writers confirmed that everything up to the point where Astrid meets the vampire boy at the end of the film was real, everything after was a dream. It was done because Tim felt the ending was orginally to neat and tidy.
Jenna was one of the first people to know about the movie but didn't know the writers and Tim had her in mind for playing Astrid. She found out when she went to Tims house to discuss Season 2 ideas for Wednesday and Tim plopped the script in her lap which she pulled off the side of road to read on her way home.
Working with Jenna on Wednesday is what inspired Tim to finally make Beetlejuice 2. Catherine O'Hara and Winona Ryder both said the movie wouldnt have happened without her.
WB originally wanted to make it a streaming film with a 150 million dollar budget but Tim insisted on it being in theaters. The studio agreed if he could lower the budget to 100 million to cover marketing. The entire cast agreed to much lower upfront payouts in exhabge for a bigger back end deal. The film ultimately cost 99 million to make and grossed 451 million not including vod/dvd purchaes.
Tim has said he doesnt think a 3rd movie will happen, but time will tell.

I love this sequel and I'm glad you guys enjoyed it too! I think my two main gripes are the ending and what happened to poor Bob. Justice for Bob! i do also wish they showed more of Betelguise's wife. Aside from that, it was a super fun movie and it was great seeing Michael Keaton, Catherine O'Hara and Wynona Ryder back!
Also, does anyone else think Jeremy looks and acts a lot like Tyler from Wednesday?

But it was nice to see Winona Ryder and Michael Keaton and Catherine O'Hara and adding Jenna Ortega. Beware during her interview with Jimmy Fallon she said that she's doing Wednesday again for season 2 right now The show will come this year.
Michael still has the amazing skills of acting as the character 💚🤍🖤and Winona is good to see her back in her dress character 🖤❤
I do love the songs that they put in this movie specially the original scene.
I like when beetlejuice sings to Lydia twice when she sees him at the model gravestone and at their wedding.
I wish Lydia could have ended up with beetle juice because Winona Herself said that she wanted her to be with beetlejuice during her interview of the movie.

Can't believe I'm saying this but I trust beetlejuice than Roy in this. I mean ,they both are bad ,Roy was the worst trying to manipulate & scam. I guess this is a good example of that saying of be afraid of/watch your back on the living the most ,since the dead don't cheat /lie or worse ,u know.

I have issues with this film, Delores should of had her own background music, I would pick Soul Sucker by Ozzy Osborne(even though his material after 1995 sucks),and also this feels like Wednesday the series, the dead dude looks too much like Tyler WTF. Damn Burton step it up bro.
I love this movie but it was unfortunate I bought the movie and it had asl that's not a problem but I have ADHD couldn't concentrate
