The HOA fees in this Optima high-rise (and most high-rises in Phoenix) are based on the square footage, so every unit is different. They start at $500/month. The HOA fees at Kierland Greens Condominiums are $440/month. They both include water, sewer, garbage, blanket insurance policy and basic cable.
Moved here in 2019 there are many seniors here this a very senior freely metro area. Great health care and a youthful attitude about aging here. My regular health club this about 40% seniors before 5 pm. Just develop a plan for hot summers.
ALL the Optima's have ridiculous HOA fees. You get what you pay for. You want full service, with tons of amenities, 24-hour security, in the highest demand areas, ya...you gotta pay for it.
