Hi Bahroz, How to answer below question from the interviewer? The current role requires to handle a team size of 15-20 people and you have handled a team size of 5 people. How will you handle the bigger team? Kindly suggest a reply. Thanks.
I would lay down the key process and principles you will use to manage… tell them while you haven’t managed a bigger team you understand and are familiar with key pillars.. 1- have regular one to ones with all. 2- have weekly update meetings - to bring every one on the same page 3- have frequent team building sessions to bond. 4- have clearly defined roles and responsibilities.
Hay Bahroz, when I am completing the application on P&G there is a Question that I am not sure how to answer it Are you currently legally authorized to work in the country where this role is located? so Let's say that I am from egypt and the jop is in UK or any country other than Egypt what will be the answer?
Alternatively you can select yes cause there might be a case where they are going to sponsor you… later once they schedule your screening interview you can clarify your status

Hi I would say… if you have uk work visa then you select yes if not then you select no…
Alternatively you can select yes cause there might be a case where they are going to sponsor you… later once they schedule your screening interview you can clarify your status
