    Hi Bahroz, I just wanted to thank you for uploading all these videos about the P&G hiring process. I must've watched all your videos in that category, some of them more than once, while following your advice and preparing hard for my interviews. I got my first ever job offer this morning, and I couldn't have done it without you. Thanks again, my friend!

    I'm sure, your videos make sense.
    when someone from unknown called me, claim that he's P&G, I landed in this channel. Im so excited to go for that interview but I strongly doubt, people said, it's Not easy to get a job in the P&G yet I'm optimistic to try. my question is : why do P&G need a Trainer? Train what?

    • @bahroz
      @bahroz  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi sorry not clear on your question with regards to trainer?

    • @bahroz
      @bahroz  ปีที่แล้ว

      What I didn’t understand is your question about why p&g needs a trainer… I am not clear which trainer you are referring to ?

    • @bahroz
      @bahroz  ปีที่แล้ว

      @@RyngKatBaDPhiTogetherwithYou there are numerous training programs in p&g… for organizations development some are technical trainings and some are trainings on soft skills…

      @@bahroz even me myself I don't know, why did the P&G phone caller called me to attempt for an interview? he knew that I'm a Retail & Logistics Trainer, so he said : he needed a trainer in P&G. he told, there are some similar topics to impart the training in P&G.
      I was surprised that P&G needs a Trainer.
      Your third reply is clear. there are some training in P&G. thank you.
      so, I should prepare for that interview as a Trainer of Trainees.
      Sir, *would you please suggest some probable questions that P&G interviewer might ask from an experienced Trainer* so that they select him/her to be a trainer for P&G faculty ...???

    I applied and took assessment last week for tech position. 1 week later I had a tour and then interviewed with 2 hiring managers it lasted about 50 minutes. I was offered a job on the spot , 3 days later had physical and background done. Waiting on start date.

    Beautiful video. I have my second round of interview tomorrow. I also had a panel of two interviewers for my first round. So, I assume that my second interview will be my final one. I did not get what the successful candidate asked as a reverse question, can you kindly share that as a reply to this comment? That will be truly appreciated.

    Hi Bahroz, I have an interview coming up next week and I'm binge watching all your videos. I have a quick question-- According to the interview invitation email, I was assigned with two interviewers for my first interview. Is this something normal? Because I thought the first interview is commonly conducted by one interviewer.

    @Bahroz Abbas What is the question at 7:55? It sounds like "How would you recommend change to a well-know and liked legacy format?". If that is correct, can you explain what that means? I'm confused...

    • @bahroz
      @bahroz  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi thanks for reaching out… here key attributes you need to make use of is to say… assess current performance of the legacy system, it’s challenges and it’s limitations… make sure everyone is aware of and aligned to that…
      Only then recommend a solution that can solve for the challenges… make sure the solution is data based.. and proven…
