I dont understand why people in America always watch shows and movies with subtitles, and specifically with subtitiles for deaf people where every noise is described. Do you guys don`t understand your own language? And if so, why you all using subtitles for deaf people?
previously when Silco was giving Jinx the "dark baptism" to help her get past her trauma, he told her "Jinx is perfect". His dying words validated her in all she is, not that Jinx is perfect, but that "You are perfect". Truly a beautiful moment that finally made all the voices be quiet and gave her a true moment of clarity in her life
1:34:42 i love the face when you realize that that’s how they ended the first season. For those of us who watched the show when it first came out we’ve been stuck on that cliffhanger for three years lmao 💀
@@Meraxes6 season 2 still covers the story of the same characters so you cant say the story is finished. especially considering that if there will be season 3 its confirmed that it will cover completely different parts of runetera and completely different story of different characters, Maybe freljord, maybe shurima, but they confirmed that piltover/zaun ends with season 2
As for why Jinx wants Caitlyn gone: Episode 3, Vi hits powder and leaves, powder resents her and before Vi can come back to her after cooling down, Markus takes her. Powder now fully believes Vi abandoned her. Markus tells Silco Vi is dead, Silco tells Jinx. Jinx lives for ~5 years thinking Vi is dead, then she shows up "Is she back for me?". But lo and behold, she's with someone else, Caitlyn, which Vi obviously seems to care for. So what goes through Jinx's head? "Wait, if Vi wasn't dead, what has she been doing? She's with someone else now? Did she replace me?" Obviously there are good reasons for all of this and of course Vi hasn't 'replaced' her, but Jinx is not someone who is right in her mind, and has a lot of issues.
And the enforcers are literal monsters to these people. In episode 1 in the beginning we can already see, these "monster scribbles" on their faces. And people deal with A LOT of police brutality. So Caitlyn represents a monster, police brutality and the person who takes her sister again all in one.
Enforcers killed Jinx's parents. As far as most people in Zaun are concerned, the enforcers are unambiguously evil. They're the enemy. It's breaking Jinx's psyche that Vi would betray her home, her family, by have this caring relationship for one of the enemies.
31:12 How I interpret that is: Ekko pulling out the watch -> Jinx taking the stance and smiling = the agreement that they settle this with the game they used to play. But while Jinx is still dealing with stuff from the past and has difficulty moving past it, Ekko has moved on and is willing and ready for change. So while Ekko lost in his "flashback", he moved differently from how he did back then, in the real fight. And Jinx fought exactly as she did before, which means Ekko knew how to dodge it.
I really love how they incorporated Ekko's in-game ability so creatively for that scene being that Ekko at this point doesn't have that kind of power yet. And at the same time, being such an impactful metaphor for Jinx and Ekko's character development and interaction.
A small detail about the weapon is that is was a gift for Silco from Jinx. When we first meet Silco he talks about how he loves sea monsters nd "the weapon" is a shark. Also, a sad little fact that the creators have shared about Silco nd Jinxes- Silco used to take care of Jinxes hair when she was younger nd thats why it was able to be so long (might play a part in season 2 based off the trailer) Side note: even if jinx didnt nuke the council there would still be no peace😭 (Silco wouldnt give up Jinx)
Remember Viktor needed the shimmer for his body to be able to survive merging with the hex core the first time he did the runes on his leg to fix it. The second time he didn’t have any more shimmer but he still tried to do it again. I think if sky didn’t walk and touched him, he probably would’ve died himself, but since sky was present and Viktors blood was already mutated, she was consumed instead
It was revealed recently that a flashback was cut from episode 7 (for story flow reasons, I think) that showed a young Ekko risking his life to rescue Powder from Silco, only to have her refuse to leave with him because that's where she wanted to be, and even go so far as to hit him in the face when he kept trying to get her to go. Which explains a lot about his feelings toward her a few years down the line
52:00 Remember the flashback to viktor as a kid, he made the little boat. When he put it in the water, he couldn't keep up and fell down. Now he's running and you see him pass all of the boats in the background. Also, at 54:25, Sky got disintegrated by it because she didn't have the runes on her/shimmer in her.
Not disagreeing, just adding to that: she disintegrated because Viktor tried to do it without the shimmer. If she wasn't there, it would have been Viktor who got killed (would have ended like the plant), but Sky ended up taking the damage for Viktor basically. (The reason Viktor wasn't ALSO killed is still probably due to him having bonded with the hexcore before.)
I always believed that the Hexcore disintegrated Sky because it didn't recognise her DNA. Since, the Hexcore is bounded to Viktor by blood, It can only be used effectively on hi, that's why the plants and now Sky didn't survive. But yeah, the shimmer coud also be one of the reasons.
Episode 8 is so clever. It absolutely weaponizes the audience against their own ideals. You go from agreeing with Mel that war is the last resort, that we have to talk to Silco, to being conflicted, when Vi speaks up saying g that we can’t talk to Silco, and cheering for her when she goes to Jayce to take violent action as rogue agents. Later, we are lured into bloodlust by how bad ass the fight scene is, and just as we are most caught up in it, the realities of war slap us right back down. Jayce comes back to his senses and realizes that violence only begets more violence, but even though we just learned that lesson we STILL sympathize with Vi and her desire to fight Silco. It’s a masterfully crafted theme, and the fact that it’s right there in your face but still tricks you, is amazing.
Even years later im so obsessed with this ending. Even if the series never got a other season, i think its perfect. A tragic reminder that for some, certain acts truly are _unforgivable._ Regardless of new leadership, ideas, or intentions, the aching for vengeance in the shattered minds of those destroyed will never be quelled. I still wonder if we're all doomed to live in the wake of the monsters we've created.
Good thing to note. Ravens in Arcane symbolize death, like an omen. Whenever they show up someone dies. Meanwhile the firelight bugs represent life and rebirth. Its why in The Boy Savior fight when its showing Eko and Jinx as kids the Raven is behind Jinx and the firelight is behind Eko. Since powder is dead, and Eko gets reborn. The symbolism also plays into why her chair has the crow features. When she sits in it she is taking the final step away from powder. Even though Silco died he did his job as a father and kept his promise to bring Jinx to life. So pushed by the death of Silco she chooses to step into the chair marking the death of the past and the birth of the future for Jinx.
I am still sus that the ravens around the city that are peripherally watching the events of this series play out are involved with Swain and the Noxian plotline/Mel and her mother's antagonist.
27:43 don't know if you noticed but the humming is the same song as the one she sang at the start of episode 1 when she and Vi (and others) were trying to cross (Vander was beating up enforcers, trying to lead them across to the other side)
I love the little reaction to the gauntlets having a shield. Vi didn't know that either, there are multiple references to her not blocking incoming shots, Ekko saying she blocks with her face, Vander saying her guard needs work. When she finally decides to block she finds out there is a shield.
1:09:55 That little flash on his leg when he collapsed after walking away from the hextech device, that was it taking away the "power" it gave him so he could use his leg again (and was healing him a bit I think?).
Peace was never going to happen. What many people fail to realize that even if Jinx hadn't shot that rocket, even if the family dinner hadn't occurred, Silco was never going to give Jinx to them. He realized at Vander's statue that sacrificing people doesn't work, which is what Vander tried to tell him years ago. Jayce's only requirement for peace was for Silco to give Jinx over to pay for her crimes. It was at that moment at the statue he openly realized he couldn't do it. Peace was never going to happen. No matter how things played out, it was all for nothing.
1:35:03 November 2021. Season 2 will be 3 years after the 1st. 1:35:50 if it's like season 1 (and I'm pretty sure it is), it will be released in 3 acts of 3 episodes, the way you watched it. Also, great reaction (you caught a lot of stuff many people miss on their first watch) and sorry for the many comments. I'm just very passionate about this show and there are so many cool details (even more if you know a lot about the game lore) and I like sharing them.
I dunno if somebody commented but you were questioning why Jynx wants Caitlin gone. If you remember in Caitlin’s room, Vi talks about how she used to scare away the monsters for Jynx when she was younger; the one’s she created. Well to Jynx, Caitlin is a monster, and she wants Vi to make her go away like she used to when she was little; a ‘test’ to see if she is still the sister she used to know
15:18 I'm not sure which of the two it is, or if it's both, but the reasons I can think of: 1. He lived in those conditions for a good part of his life, so he's at least still partially accustomed to it. 2. He daily injects himself (in the eye) with something that keeps the toxin in his body from becoming worse (presumably).
Vi to Powder Ep2 - "You know Powder, what makes you different makes you strong" Jinx to Vi Ep9 - " I thought maybe you could love me like you used to. Even though i'm... different." Silco loved Jinx, Vi loved Powder. Powder/Jinx just wanted to be loved as she was. ultimately Silco was right - Vi betrayed Jinx to the council.
Silco and Vander are old school so when they were young they worked in the mines for Piltover and developed a resistance to the air. That's why in episode 7 when they visit the Chem-Barons he doesn't choke on the toxic air. It's diluted over time but that's why when The Enforcers from Piltover visit the under city they wear the masks.
It’s more that the chem barons don’t expose themselves to the bad air in the lower parts of the Undercity anymore while Silco set up shop in The Last Drop. Silco is calling them out for crying about the loss in their revenue and losing sight of the real goal/enemy. “Fat and complacent” “too much time in the sun”.
ah yes the "shark rpg". that is indeed the weapon Silco mentioned many times through the season and she finally succeeded to make it and in the end use it. There is SO MUCH lore behind her weapons but i dont know what of it i can share and what would be spoiler for season 2 as i have no idea what they have planned for s2 other than trailer but in game that weapon is huge part of her mechanical build and abilities as well as her ingame lore (the lore we had before arcane). because of potential spoilers i dont want to say anything and i hope others dont rush to comment sections to share their knowledge. what i can share is look at it closely, devil is in the details :) In game that weapon name is fishbones and although in game Silco did not exist either as champion or as part of jinx role before arcane, in arcane weapon seem to represent how jinx sees Silco. fish head represents the part of silco's life where he "died and was reborn in water" (fish live in water so silco being reborn from water would be represented by fish head) but he was also a shark in a way that he was top of the food chain in zaun and also very predatorial when it comes to things he wants. This weapon represent his lethality and danger perfectly by being a weapon of mass destruction. Also the shark head's left eye looks weird... to paralel Silco's weird eye. This idea of weapon being silco goes even deeper in game if you listen to intereactions and voicelines during the match but i dont want to share more about that because i hope they actually manage to put it in the show and i dont want to spoil you if they do :) i just want to say ever since arcane came out and i saw last episode i appreciate jinx in game even more and i was one of hardcore jinx fans and jinx main player since she was released (long before we learn her backstory from arcane). i loved jinx before it was cool, when all we knew about her is that she is crazy girl who hears voices and have big weapons :D
I live in a big city in India, but studied in Aus for a few years. The sky and sunsets never grew old; I was always blown away by the brilliant hues of orange and pink in the clouds, the deep blue of the sky, the crisp and fresh air. I still miss it, and couldn't believe they were real. I had seen pictures before, but they never did justice to the real thing.
Before the explosion Jayce is positioned right next to Viktor meaning Viktor's hexcore limbs could instinctively protect both of them with some sort of shield. I don't think Mel needs to survive because her arc seemed complete with her choosing peace. In my opinion Mel dying would be both thematic and ironic because her death also signifies the death of peace in the region and because of her mother, her death is the cause of the war.
Also the character with that golden face that you liked is voiced hy a very famous japanese guitar player, musician, his name is Miyavi. Theres a song by him in the soundtrack that's SO COOL.
This series is just on another level. If you are curious about the ridiculous amount of work, talent, effort and straigt passion that went into making Arcane i'd suggest you watch "Bridging the rift". It's a 5 episode documentary that covers extensively the behind the scenes. In one episode in particular they shed a light on Studio Fortiche, a small french animation studio led by a group of insanely talented artist, the reason why the show looks this insane is because everything is hand-crafted to the most unreasonable degree of perfectionism, what you said about the series being timeless was their goal from the beginning, so glad they crushed it.
So glad you watched it all. Its my favourite show and i have watched it countless times, waiting for season 2 has been so painfull but at the same time i want them to make it as perfect as season 1 so taking their time is good. I heard it took them around 6 years to make season 1 which absolutly can be seen in its quality. hyped to see Season 2 with you at the same time.
a couple cool facts about the bridge scene. the firelight bombs jinx made were targeting everyone with a weapon which is why Caitlyn was ok. she traded her rifle away to save vi. also the song jinx is humming while walking down the bridge is the same one from the opening scene of episode one when vi an powder were walking across the bridge to find there parents.
21:27, yes its stressfull because in that moment it feels like Viktor is contemplating his choice to simply let the bomb explode and with it take the only two people who knows how to work with hextech. Bomb is going off, all he have to do is simply not defuse it, he probably wouldnt even be blamed for it (not that it matters as he would be dead, just pointing that out too XD ) and with it he saves undercity that is his home from being ravaged by hextech weaponry (worst case scenario). He then decides to defuse it after all and with it perfectly showcase what he says immediately after. "there is always the choice"
@@denisel1553 i missed it first 5 times i watched :D it always felt so weirdly times. I was wondering why did they made such a big deal over defusing a bomb. At first i thought he is making sure he got the right wire, maybe he thinks "ICANT FIND THE RED WIRE" but eventually it hit me. He already grabbed the wire he needs to cut but then he hears Jayce say "we have no choice" implicating they must make weapons for warfare against his own people. That will make any person pause and contemplate sacrifice of such sort let alone someone like Viktor who is already dying
"im glad i wont have to wait that long for next season" said an oblivious man, having to wait fresh after that ending for a month before 2nd season releases in November
I was watching your reaction while painting a 1/6 Jinx with the signal flare up model. You know the shot, iconic. She’s coming along. Who knew the hardest part is painting the tiny yellow stripes on her pants… 🤯
just watch again and you'll discover all sorts of things you missed the first watch. Watch "Bridging the rift". It's the "making of" documentary in 5 parts. It's almost as good as the show and covers just about everything you would want to know about how "Arcane" was made... plus stuff you didn't know that you wanted to know. Seriously.
15:45 i love the good history joke when i hear one and this is peak :D also as for why Silco can breathe without the mask, i believe its because he is constantly exposed to that air. He did not poison them persay, he simply released the gas that they are breathing in undercity 24/7. so i guess (unless someone knows something i missed first 15 times i watched and can correct me) reason behind his normal breathing is called "survival of the fittest". Basically, when you are forced to live in such circumstances you either adapt or whither away meaning that everyone who is still alive already adapted to this gas and those who couldnt adapt died from it. Take Viktor for example, his condition is at least partially if not completely due to this gas. Jayce even mentions it to Mel that Viktor is in hospital because of the fumes in the air. Silco's little gas trick was not a petty show of power aka "i can gas you whenever i want" or anything like that. He was simply reminding them that they live at surface for so long that they forgot how bad it is in the undercity and even though they got where they are thanks to silco, just as easy as he gave them everything he can take it all away just as easily. That is the powerplay he used here and its much more briliant that simple tyranical show of power display with poison gas :)
Loved your reaction & subscribed! I love how you notice & react to little things that most people miss. One of my faves being that Victor was talking about the hexcore and Jayce thought he was talking about his hammer at first.
Not sure if you'll see this since this video is a bit old now but! A really fun callback, when Silco is talking to Vander's statue, he mentions how Jayce "didn't even haggle". It's a callback to the very first episode when Ekko is talking about how he found out about his apartment when he came in and bought things. He "didn't even haggle".
lot of people think that convenient "shield" aura from the gauntlet is a plot armor but as far those goes this one makes perfect sense. Jayce originally made the gauntlet to be a mining tool and the way gauntlets are made (and his hammer as well) is he wrote arcane runes all over the gauntlet mechanism and powered it with the gemstone. The way gemstone work is by friction, we see that by how unstable the early gems were and how slight impact with solid surface can make them explode and then when it was stabilised they were releasing the magic particles by hitting it with hammer. Gauntlets function under same mechanic just like every other hextech item. But gauntlets were not meant to be used as a weapon but as a mining tool. Inserting a magic barrier function to a mining tool that activates with hand motion for covering yourself from something above is exactly how you would try to build something that should protect you from rubble in the mines or cave-ins dropping on your head. It never activated before because Vi would always fight face to face, this was first time she defended from airbourne target (when Sevika jumped to attacked from above). Yes you can say it is plot armor if you insist but it is perfectly well thought out
Huh. That's cool! I always had a different thought. Hextech learns. Vi is wearing it. It learned that she doesn't defend, so it adapted to assist her fighting style. I thought that was why Vi looked so surprised right after. Your scientific explanation is more like how Jayce or Viktor would think, so you're probably right.
@@MayflowerChan they had to add some sort of shield mechanic to them because in the game vi have shield. Also Hextech "learns" is development that comes as posibility much later in the show starting with creation of hexcore followed by it consuming viktors blood. Mining gauntlets are creation that predates these events so its functions should not follow the patterns of stuff that did not exist at the time of its creation. If you like science behind hextech you will enjoy season 2 as one of my favorite hextech weapons will be explained/introduced in season 2. (caitlyn new gun)
@@MayflowerChan also while i am geeking out about hextech and how it works, notice all the hextech details on jayce hammer. the handle he carries is fully engraved with runes and it is powered by gemstones inside it. Gemstone release magical energy by friction as i said earlier in this comment section which we can confirm by the big explosion in episode 1 and few times later during presentations. Quote that is important to keep in mind is viktor saying "you crank it", this very quote might become very relevant in season 2 (i am not revealing why as to keep lachy spoiler free). By holding the hammer jayce applies his grip on runes which allows the hammer to pack a punch. Then when he twists the handle and change the location of runes on it forming different patterns he basically commands hextech to transform it into cannon. This principle is transition between simple gemstone with one function and self adjusting "capable of thinking and learning" hexcore viktor comes up later. Its series of simple fuctions that can be executed by simple commands. in terms of programing, If gemstone is a simple line of code whos sole purpose is executing single command and hexcore is AI capable of thinking and learning and doing tasks by itself, then tools like vi's gauntlets, jayce hammer and artificer laser arm that viktor used during presentation (he carved heimedingers face in the stone with it) are fully functional apps and programs. Whether hexcore aka ai is step in the right direction or mistake waiting to happen is left to be seen in season 2 which is coming out pretty soon :D
For the crows symbolism, normally they're associated with death but really its transitioning (life to death) or in Arcane from Powder to Jinx, first time you see the crow its at the punching machine, Jinx shoots it trying to reject that transition and even signs her high score as POW... 2nd time when she reconnects with Vi and she's being pulled in both directions, the crows just continuously cawing in the background almost naggingly. And then finally at the end once she's completed her transition they fly away and leave her.
You did really good with your analysis of each episode trough all the season. Better than most of reactors out there I'm excited to see your insight during season two Good job, keep going!
welcome to the club now ^.^v you cant even imagine how many people been watching arcane reactions for 3 years now to cope with the long wait till season 2. 2 more weeks 2 go. also, there is more follow-up content, bridging the rift, enemy-music video with footage from powder-days (unused in show), and "jinx vs harley quinn death battle", just because.
28:56 Some sad details about Jinx nd Ekkos relationship that kinda hurt: Jinx calls Ekko "boy savior" because a deleted scene is of Ekko trying to save powder from silco (they didn't include it because the episode was too long😭) In the game, Ekkos character has some lines that go "Powder! I..nevermind...I miss you so much..." and "I had a crush! Until you started talking to the gun." Jinx has a chance to shoot Ekko when he's in the air aiming at her but doesn't (some assume it's from her late reaction time, others assume she just couldn't bring herself to) The last one is the face Jinx makes when Ekkos is just about to punch, you can see he starts to smile a bit- the teory is that that's when Ekkos saw a little piece of Powder still in her. People also view that little scrunch of her face a couple seconds before she blows them up is kind of like a 'I'm sorry old firend'. She also could have attached the bomb to Ekkos, but instead she blew herself up with him
You didn't miss this but to add a bit of context that people who know about League would bring into the show. - Ekko's champion theme is around time manipulation, in particular he has a time winder device. Couldn't really manifest that in the show but the closet we get is the kind of "rewind" he does in his fight with Powder/ Jinx - Jinx's champion has two guns (plus a pistol) her machine gun (that we see her use throughout the show) is called Pow-Pow (like Vi's nickname for her) and she has a rocket launcher called Fishbones (which we see in the final scene). Someone already mentioned the symbolism of "the weapon" so it's really cool to see how the worked that in concert with her original champion.
Thank you so much for reacting to this man, i always appreciate your attention to tiny details (and arcane has a lot) so i knew this show'd be so fun to watch w you 🙏🏻 I survived these three years of waiting by watching other people react to this 😹 but now season two is just around the corner atp !!
15:22 it's because that was the condition him and Vander were in when they were miners, I think Vander uses the same substance with his pipe, in episode 1 where the woman said "this is vile"
"The villains keep winning." is true in more than this show. "Monster You Created" is really about he whole thing not just individual actions. Jinx is definitely a product of all the trauma she experienced from Bridge to the her shooting the rocket but the whole dynamic between Piltover and Zaun is the same dynamic. The fact that they play out the same dynamic between pretty much every character is really cool. If you are just watching all the top level story points it is easy for many to miss the subtext that this whole thing is just a self-fulling cycle because no one changes, and no one learns. People so enslaved by power. or greed, or personal trauma, but the consequences are play out on a wide scale. I think Vander was one of the few who saw the f8utlility of it but was too beaten down emotionally to do more. That is why I understand Silco so much, his frustration was justified his actions were not. That same struggle and dynamic is inherited by Vi and Jinx, but really it is pervasive. It makes the ending even more brutal. Sting killed it on that finale song. I still listen to this soundtrack fairly often. I can't wait to see what they do with the music in season 2; I went to see the animation too but I think this show wouldn't be the same without the music. The music for this show is top tier. Such smart blend of genre, Denzel Curry on the "Dynasties and Dystopias" track is so good but really every song is dope. If you want to burn some hyper-fixation points i highly recommend the "Arcane: Bridging the RIft" documentary which is up in 6 parts on YT. You can also find 3 great mini-essays from Alex Seaver one of the music directors for the show where he breaks down the 3 big songs from the show.
27:30 and i apologize for so many comments lmao :D jinx/powder is humming the same tune that she did in start of episode 1 on that same bridge when enforcers killed her mom (its literally opening scene, if you wanna go back to rewatch :D ) its such an emotional callback. Also watch the shift in Ekko's behavior from when he first enters the scene (epic hoverboarding between caitlyn and vi) and how calculated and cold his moves are... blocking bullets with hoverboard, striking swiftly and precisely to the point executing his moves to perfection. And then at the end how he falters to land finishing blow after applying their childhood game into the battle. Its as if that little ritual they used to do as kids made him believe that there is still some of the powder left in jinx just like Vi said and he didnt have it in him to take it away. brilliant writing. As for combat sequence itself. It is paraleling them playing as kids and present time. Jinx/powder is using same moves (shooting same way) and as kids you see little man get show by powder while ekko uses cool moves to dodge the bullets as he remembers being hit by them as a kid. Then time rewinds and shows present time without childsplay in one cool quick sequence. This was a shoutout to Ekko the champion from league of legends that character is based on and his ultimate move that literally allows him to travel back in time for short period. This fight is as close as it can possibly get to showcase that ability in this artform. i DO want to emphasize, this was no power display, it was animated to look like there was a power (especially if you know of his abilities in game) but its not, its just artistic choice to make it look like that. they just used flashback mixed with present to create illusion of time rewind and then fast run the present sequence EDIT: reason i say its brilliant writting is because of all the elements that are involved that can easily be missed. As i said at first Ekko just sees Jinx, doesnt believe Powder exist so he is calm and collected, doesnt care (in my opinion), and only sees Jinx as problem to be solved or worse he is seeing an enemy, same person he witnessed kill the girl in front of him (episode 4 airship scene). Then the flashback thing happens. He is dodging bullets because he trusts or hopes Jinx will do same moves Powder did as a kid when they used to play this game. He manage to close the gap and disarm her because she does. That in a way tells him that Jinx acts same as powder as if she was thinking of same thing he was. That tells him powder is still in there. And then the last straw, seeing her face with everything that just happened he cant help but see powder not jinx. This is only possible in this one scenario and no other way. If Ekko is too blinded by his hatred for jinx he would not remember powders habits and preferencial movements so he would probably get shot aka wouldnt know how to dodge and if jinx was trully lost and there was not a hint of powder then she would not use all the same moves. As i said, brilliant writing :D
@@lachyywhite its my favorite show ever (haikyuu being no.2 :D ) and i watched it over 20 times over, i am still impressed with how much stuff i catch every new time i watch. Show has layers and its brilliance only increase tenfold if you actually know the lore of the game itself and world as a hole (runetera). The fact people with 0 pre-existing knowledge of game and characters can watch the show and still get so invested and enjoy it because of how well written it is and in the same time make the watching experience even better for league players who know the lore and know what will happen. for example if you play the game you knew right away that vi and caitlyn will somehow end up traveling together even though in first two episode they seemed to live in different worlds (undercity and topside). or league players knew from get go that powder will have to turn into what you get to see as jinx in episode 9 as well as we knew that shark rocket will have to make appearance sooner or later... Players also know a lot about race that is heimendinger and when he tries to stop jayce from making magic and has flashback we know exactly what that flashback is about... list goes on which is why i think this is objectively the best thing netflix made (followed by one piece live action in my opinion :D )
It's actually not a cliff hanger. This is jinx's origin story and at this point you know everything you need to know about her character and why she is the way she is.
Wow i JUST finished the other video and you upload this one. ❤ Nice. The end of this season is a rollercoaster of emotions, i feel like we dont even have time to breathe.
1:04:15 Actually, this is technically all the random mages' fault that saved Jayce with teleportation magic. If Jayce had died right there, or if was was saved/survived through other means, Hextech would've never been invented, which would've stopped everything in this show from happening. This is all the fault of a character with no name, no face, and no voice lines. 1:17:18 This scene always makes me cry. He's about to become a hypocrite and he knows it. He's in the same position Vander was in and is about to make the same choice that he hated Vander for. He's about to choose family over the rest of the undercity. He never understand Vander's choice, but now he does.
"The villain always keep winning" Actually if you think about it, there are no villains in here; there are just forces opposing each other due to circumtances that they were put in... No one was winning they were all losing.
You mentioned the crows around Jinx a few times. Crows are an sometimes considered omen of change, transformation, and misfortune, or in other words, a "Jinx." Any time we see a crow in the show, it precedes something terrible or unfortunate that's about to happen. The beauty of the symbolism is that, obviously, crows are never the cause of the misfortune. Neither is Jinx. She's in the wrong place at the wrong time, and is simply living a traumatized and tormented life to the best of her ability. She's an icon for others to blame for the consequences of decades or centuries of injustice and inequality, the way we might superstitiously blame crows for our bad luck.
Lol. 1:35:15 - "And something activated on Mel's back there??? Or that's just their way of showing it?" A question literally everyone has been asking. Mel is deeply beloved by the audience and the community, so a lot of people are engaged with a powerful amount of hope/cope that she has survived this event. There likely *are* survivors from this event, based on lore from the games, so we know there will be "some", but we don't know who or how many. My money is not on Mel having survived. Folks have created reasons she would survive, but she just doesn't make tons of sense to keep around from a story perspective. She was an excellent foil for Jayce opposite of Viktor, but in the end, she proved to be much more than the wolf her mom imagined she needed to be. For her to continue, she'd logically have to pivot back to her mom's perspective. Or, possibly, if she's horribly wounded in the event, might pivot to supporting Viktor's augmentation pursuits. Neither of those is a logical or satisfying progression of who she is, at least on a surface level. If anyone could make it work though, I'd trust these folks.
ingame we have 5 runes, at episode4-5 we see hexcore with 4 runes so viktor missing last rune and it is miss young's last word 'inspiration'. viktor will work on miss young's notes and discover inspiration rune and complete hexcore. this show is insane

1:35:44 Lachy devastated he has to wait 15 days (at time of this video uploading) for the first arc of S2 to drop. Everyone who had to wait since 2021: 👁👄👁 On a less teasing note, you will be able to semi binge the show, as each saturday after Nov. 9th will drop the separate arcs one after the other
been waiting since November 2021 for season 2 🙃and the episodes will release in 3 Acts. batches of 3 episodes per Act over 3 weeks also you mentioned the writing but not many people noticed this one Vi to Powder in ep 2: "What makes you different makes you strong. Always remember that, okay?" Jinx to Vi ep 9: "I thought maybe you could love me like you used to. Even though I'm... different."
Since you really love your music, highly recommend checking out all of the League of Legends cinematics, worlds trailers and music videos. Everyone joked for years that their production was so good they should make a show. Arcane is definitely a continuation on a stellar show of form so if you want, either as a reaction or on your own time, I do highly recommend! Judging by your reactions, I think you would really love the song "Legends Never Die". Truly iconic and something I could see being right up your alley!
.Next you should watch & react is "Arcane: Bridging the Rift" its the documentary of the show if you want to know more, more & more. Its in 5 parts and equally well made just like Arcane and I know for sure you will enjoy it. Btw thanks I love your reaction. Cheers! 🥳👏🥰
"What's with all the crows?" def. not Swain xd between S1 and 2 is 2 years. it starts 1 week after worlds, so novemeber 9th this year (depending on timezone i guess)
since you're still fresh on season 1 you could react to all the season 2 teasers, first look and trailers, last saturday they released a music video on Mel's mom that gives her character more depth
Glad you enjoyed the show, try avoid stuff online btw since episodes were leaked a couple months ago and the other day the premier dropped so some people might try give hints but accidentally spoil stuff yk
I'm glad that it's mentioned that Singed used to be from Piltover. A lot got changed between the game lore and Arcane's. In the game lore, the reason Singed is in Zaun is because his research into Chemtech (what shimmer is used in) was seen as inferior and/or riskier than Hextech. He used to be a respected scientest in Piltover that grauated from Piltover University. He had been doing research on Chemtech for a while before Heimerdinger had invented Hextech (yes, in the game lore Heimerdinger invented Hextech). But after Hextech had been invented, the research money that had been given to Singed stopped coming and dried up very fast. So, he moved to Zaun to find someone who would fund his research. Singed adamantly believed that Chemtech's long term benefits, after proper research and testing had been done, would be significantly higher than Hextech's for multiple reasons. Hextech required the Hextech crystals, which weren't an unlimited resource. Whereas Shimmer's primary ingredient was the gasses from the fissures, which is a renewable resource. Also, Hextech was purely exterior, made for tools and weaponry. But Chemtech could also be used for medical purposes. We are clearly shown this in the show with Sevika's arm, Silco's eye injections, and the medicine that was made for Vi's wound. It's just that the R&D phase was riskier, longer, and more expensive than Hextech's. If he had continued and completed his research in Piltover, he could've done it quicker and more safely. However, if he had continued his research in Piltover, all the benefits that Chemtech provided would've been accessible to topsiders. But they didn't, so they don't and won't.
@@FuFightersStudio The official league wiki has his game lore listed as "Universe" and Arcane's lore listed as "Arcane". They recognize it as separate, according to the wiki. I'm sure some Rioters say that Arcane is the official league lore but, going by the official league wiki, they are still separate.
@@keegansantoroski9042 Wiki can do whatever it wants but there was official statement that said that moving forward there will be only one lore and that arcane is fully canon in the main universe. As such anything on the wiki that doesnt include this can safely be considered outdated. Afterall Shaco also still has a "lore" despite none of it being canon Basically Arcane was given lore priority over short stories and wikies and stuff. If the two are in conflict Arcane is now the canon reality.
@@FuFightersStudio That's unfortunate. Then, they should remove the old lore from the wiki. Idk about the others from Piltover/Zaun but Singed's old lore was so good. Since everything is subject to change then it doesn't matter if I say this but, Singed ended up becoming, basically, a war criminal after Noxus hired him during the Noxian Occupation of Ionia. Killed civilians/PoW's during Took hostages for inhumane biological experiments And helped develop weapons for Noxus that they used for war crimes including attacking religious/cultural sites/objects. And it's not like he was always insane. He had a wife and daughter. But, iirc, they both died to an illness after the research money dried up. So, in a very short timeframe, his research got dismissed as useless and/or dangerous, got shunned by Piltover society for advocating against Hextech, was forced to move to Zaun, and lost his wife and daughter. No wonder he went crazy, threw himself into his research, and got obsessed with the idea of prolonging life. (In the old game lore, he actually succeeded in this and prolonged his own lifespan). And since everything is subject to change, I'd heard a theory that Singed's daughter in Arcane was Orianna. The girl in the locket that we see Singed holding during, I think, the S2 trailer has a similar hair style to her. Plus, Orianna's community nickname is "Ori" and the mutation that Singed is obsessed over keeping alive was "Rio" which is an anagram for "Ori". Plus, Singed showed interest in the Hexcore. I don't think it's too out of character for a genius that lost his family and became obsessed over prolonging life would create a machine facsimile of his late daughter, if given the opportunity.
@@keegansantoroski9042 yeah I am not too big of a fan of the lore change either - I think it was fine to keep it separate but I guess Riot went "14th alternate timeline? Hell no" - honestly I like original lore more for everyone except Cait Vi and Jinx. But it does have some sense. Its also why Mel's mom can be the newest champion since she is now canon.
the quetstion is not how long you have to wait for season two. How long had we wait for season two. this show is is so good, and the ondly thing we can do is watch reactions over and over, because it is the colseset that i get to see this the first time again
Maybe a spoiler? Mostly just a highly likely fan theory for next season based off in game lore and a "blink and you'll miss it" at the end of the show. Not sure if I can spoil a show that hasn't come out yet but the warning is there just in case! At the end montage when we are seeing the various characters while the rocket is going towards the council room, one of the scenes is of the shimmer doctor (fun fact, he's also a champion called Singed in the game). Silhouetted above him we see a large figure. In the game, he makes a mechanical werewolf called Warwick. The fan theory is that he made this from Vander. One of the trailers also shows Vi facing what appears to be some kind of bear/ wolf like monstrosity.
I swear I left a comment earlier but when i went back to edit it - I can't find it so, if there's a dup, I'm sorry lol. 28:25 I'm glad Marcus went out the way that he did. He did nothing to "earn" any sort of redemption. He was just a weak man who dug his own grave imo. 1:03:00 Pretty boy Jayce finally had to get his hands dirty and just couldn't handle it, while Vi being jaded to the whole ordeal of death is such an amazing contrast of their respective civilizations 1:21:13 Vi didn't know they could do that either! Lmao! She's literally NEVER blocked anything before 🤣 1:34:48 Yeah this ending had me freaking out so much that my roommate had to come and check on me 🤣The fact that the undercity was getting what they wanted, and peace was happening, aaaaaaand then it all had to go boom. Literally. Thank god you didn't have to endure 3 YEARS of pain waiting for season 2, unlike us unlucky folks lol
The councilors are made at Jayce because Piltover relies on the undercity for mining and energy production. They are rich because of the hard work of the people working hard down there. Without dominance over the undercity, they lose everything.
I recommend reacting to the season 2 trailers, you had some really interesting question is at the end. Some of are answered already thanks to season 2 trailers, others are being speculated based on the game lore.
@@lachyywhite Riot (the company behind arcane and league of legends) is always careful not to spoil too much. But there are a few thing we know already about season 2 that I won't spoil for you, it's always nice when someone has no idea about anything, make for a better reaction, just know, things are getting WILD!
Pouring one out for Silco every time I have a choccy milk now...
you have to watch "Bridging the Rift" it is the making of Arcane and it was made with the same quality as the show.
I dont understand why people in America always watch shows and movies with subtitles, and specifically with subtitiles for deaf people where every noise is described. Do you guys don`t understand your own language? And if so, why you all using subtitles for deaf people?
@@everlasting9082 ??? what a fucking retarded question hahahaha
previously when Silco was giving Jinx the "dark baptism" to help her get past her trauma, he told her "Jinx is perfect".
Yep. It’s not a true cliffhanger though because the story the season was telling ended (the story of Powder turning into Jinx)
IT'S BEEN THREE YEARS??
@@Meraxes6 season 2 still covers the story of the same characters so you cant say the story is finished. especially considering that if there will be season 3 its confirmed that it will cover completely different parts of runetera and completely different story of different characters, Maybe freljord, maybe shurima, but they confirmed that piltover/zaun ends with season 2
@@frankcayseron8637 He didn't say the story was finished, just the story of Jinx being created, which is true.
@@frankcayseron8637 And no, it's already confirmed that there won't be season 3. Just new shows/movies.
Don't forget Sevika has a major part in that, when she willingly told Jinx that Vi was back, but not for her and that she was replaced.
Jinx doesn't understand Vi can love her and Caitlyn. Especially since it's a completely different type of love
Enforcers killed Jinx's parents. As far as most people in Zaun are concerned, the enforcers are unambiguously evil. They're the enemy. It's breaking Jinx's psyche that Vi would betray her home, her family, by have this caring relationship for one of the enemies.
To be fair, most of them are literally faceless stormtroopers.
Also, a sad little fact that the creators have shared about Silco nd Jinxes- Silco used to take care of Jinxes hair when she was younger nd thats why it was able to be so long (might play a part in season 2 based off the trailer)
Side note: even if jinx didnt nuke the council there would still be no peace😭 (Silco wouldnt give up Jinx)
Hmmm yes I get you now, superrrr sad
It was revealed recently that a flashback was cut from episode 7 (for story flow reasons, I think) that showed a young Ekko risking his life to rescue Powder from Silco, only to have her refuse to leave with him because that's where she wanted to be, and even go so far as to hit him in the face when he kept trying to get her to go. Which explains a lot about his feelings toward her a few years down the line
And even the episode title makes more sense!
Thank you so much for all your comments, you answered all my questions perfectly. I am so so excited for the new season to come out
Another theory is that the hex core just used her life as energy since Viktor didn't had shimmer
@@Kat-qf7ovoh true, good points
I always believed that the Hexcore disintegrated Sky because it didn't recognise her DNA. Since, the Hexcore is bounded to Viktor by blood, It can only be used effectively on hi, that's why the plants and now Sky didn't survive. But yeah, the shimmer coud also be one of the reasons.
3 years. It's been 3 years since Season 1.
"Oh, you like this? You like this?" WHAM! "Yeah, not so much now, huh?"
Ahhhh thats some super cool details! Thank you for pointing them out for me!
"Don´t cry, you´re perfect" im not crying, you are crying.
I love the little reaction to the gauntlets having a shield. Vi didn't know that either, there are multiple references to her not blocking incoming shots, Ekko saying she blocks with her face, Vander saying her guard needs work. When she finally decides to block she finds out there is a shield.
Vi's voice actress is also Gwen Stacy's voice actress in Into The Spiderverse :D Welcome to the "Arcane made me need therapy" club.
Thats crazy!
Well to Jynx, Caitlin is a monster, and she wants Vi to make her go away like she used to when she was little; a ‘test’ to see if she is still the sister she used to know
Ahhhh okay I understand, that is superrr well done!
15:18 I'm not sure which of the two it is, or if it's both, but the reasons I can think of:
1. He lived in those conditions for a good part of his life, so he's at least still partially accustomed to it.
2. He daily injects himself (in the eye) with something that keeps the toxin in his body from becoming worse (presumably).
Vi to Powder Ep2 - "You know Powder, what makes you different makes you strong"
Jinx to Vi Ep9 - " I thought maybe you could love me like you used to. Even though i'm... different."
Silco loved Jinx, Vi loved Powder.
I love the fact that on the bridge scene with the enforcers, Jinx is humming the same song as in episode 1
ah yes the "shark rpg". that is indeed the weapon Silco mentioned many times through the season and she finally succeeded to make it and in the end use it.
This idea of weapon being silco goes even deeper in game if you listen to intereactions and voicelines during the match but i dont want to share more about that because i hope they actually manage to put it in the show and i dont want to spoil you if they do :)
i just want to say ever since arcane came out and i saw last episode i appreciate jinx in game even more and i was one of hardcore jinx fans and jinx main player since she was released (long before we learn her backstory from arcane). i loved jinx before it was cool, when all we knew about her is that she is crazy girl who hears voices and have big weapons :D
It is the third father that Jinx has seen die, two of wich were her fault. And people question why she is so messed up.
facts
Before the explosion Jayce is positioned right next to Viktor meaning Viktor's hexcore limbs could instinctively protect both of them with some sort of shield. I don't think Mel needs to survive because her arc seemed complete with her choosing peace. In my opinion Mel dying would be both thematic and ironic because her death also signifies the death of peace in the region and because of her mother, her death is the cause of the war.
3 FREAKING YEARS, thats how long i have sat here rewatching these
HAHAHA facts
you're so lucky to watch this so close to season 2 in november, i watched arcane when it realised (watched it 6 times since) it's bee YEARS
Yeah that would have destroyed me! I'm so excited for S2 though!
Also the character with that golden face that you liked is voiced hy a very famous japanese guitar player, musician, his name is Miyavi. Theres a song by him in the soundtrack that's SO COOL.
Ahhh thats super cool I'll have to check him out!
Justice for, Ekko. 300 yrs of Government corruption and neglect of the Undercity was not his fault.
Oooooo thats so cool! I love all the little intricate details!
YES, so many people miss that!
@@denisel1553 i missed it first 5 times i watched :D
it always felt so weirdly times.
Bro hearing the stripped back version of "What could have been" got me 😭 Sting absolutely killed the vocals on that song.
They did kill it!
"im glad i wont have to wait that long for next season"
said an oblivious man, having to wait fresh after that ending for a month before 2nd season releases in November
Yes I am superrr lucky!
Seriously.
15:45 i love the good history joke when i hear one and this is peak :D
also as for why Silco can breathe without the mask, i believe its because he is constantly exposed to that air.
I'm really glad you enjoyed and I really appreciate you subscribing! And yes I loved that small detail but it adds so much depth to their character
@@lachyywhite very true! Are you going to react to season 2 trailers and stuff?
Not sure if you'll see this since this video is a bit old now but! A really fun callback, when Silco is talking to Vander's statue, he mentions how Jayce "didn't even haggle". It's a callback to the very first episode when Ekko is talking about how he found out about his apartment when he came in and bought things. He "didn't even haggle".
Ahhh TRUE! That’s so cool, I love all these small little details
Vi's tattoo is literally just her name but written like they were Roman numerals.
Totally random fact: the voice actor for Finn (with the metal jaw) is actually a famous guitarist called Miyavi. You should totally look him up.
lot of people think that convenient "shield" aura from the gauntlet is a plot armor but as far those goes this one makes perfect sense.
21:19 .... Not me realizing now, after having seen this show so many times already, that Viktor thought about going Kamikaze for a split second there
For the crows symbolism, normally they're associated with death but really its transitioning (life to death) or in Arcane from Powder to Jinx, first time you see the crow its at the punching machine, Jinx shoots it trying to reject that transition and even signs her high score as POW... 2nd time when she reconnects with Vi and she's being pulled in both directions, the crows just continuously cawing in the background almost naggingly. And then finally at the end once she's completed her transition they fly away and leave her.
Ahhh okay thats super interesting! Thank you for letting me know
I still can't believe they managed to get Sting to sing that final song.
You did really good with your analysis of each episode trough all the season. Better than most of reactors out there
I'm excited to see your insight during season two
Good job, keep going!
Arcane season 2 Act 1 on November 9th, Act 2 on the 16th, and Act 3 on the 23rd!
SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO excited!!
welcome to the club now ^.^v you cant even imagine how many people been watching arcane reactions for 3 years now to cope with the long wait till season 2. 2 more weeks 2 go. also, there is more follow-up content, bridging the rift, enemy-music video with footage from powder-days (unused in show), and "jinx vs harley quinn death battle", just because.
Ill definitely check those out! Thank you for suggesting them for me!
I enjoyed your Arcane Reaction so much! Thank you and see you in season 2 💛💛
Thanks so much for watching with me! I really appreciate it. So excited for season 2!!
28:56 Some sad details about Jinx nd Ekkos relationship that kinda hurt: Jinx calls Ekko "boy savior" because a deleted scene is of Ekko trying to save powder from silco (they didn't include it because the episode was too long😭)
In the game, Ekkos character has some lines that go
"Powder! I..nevermind...I miss you so much..." and "I had a crush! Until you started talking to the gun."
Jinx has a chance to shoot Ekko when he's in the air aiming at her but doesn't (some assume it's from her late reaction time, others assume she just couldn't bring herself to)
The last one is the face Jinx makes when Ekkos is just about to punch, you can see he starts to smile a bit- the teory is that that's when Ekkos saw a little piece of Powder still in her. People also view that little scrunch of her face a couple seconds before she blows them up is kind of like a 'I'm sorry old firend'. She also could have attached the bomb to Ekkos, but instead she blew herself up with him
Damn that makes it so much more sad!
Victo, is a real one. He never forgot where he came from. The same for, Silco.
FACTS! I loved that about them!
You didn't miss this but to add a bit of context that people who know about League would bring into the show.
- Ekko's champion theme is around time manipulation, in particular he has a time winder device. Couldn't really manifest that in the show but the closet we get is the kind of "rewind" he does in his fight with Powder/ Jinx
- Jinx's champion has two guns (plus a pistol) her machine gun (that we see her use throughout the show) is called Pow-Pow (like Vi's nickname for her) and she has a rocket launcher called Fishbones (which we see in the final scene). Someone already mentioned the symbolism of "the weapon" so it's really cool to see how the worked that in concert with her original champion.
Thank you so much for reacting to this man, i always appreciate your attention to tiny details (and arcane has a lot) so i knew this show'd be so fun to watch w you 🙏🏻
I survived these three years of waiting by watching other people react to this 😹 but now season two is just around the corner atp !!
Hahaha I'm really glad you enjoyed! I'm so excited for season 2!!
27:30 and i apologize for so many comments lmao :D
jinx/powder is humming the same tune that she did in start of episode 1 on that same bridge when enforcers killed her mom (its literally opening scene, if you wanna go back to rewatch :D ) its such an emotional callback.
This fight is as close as it can possibly get to showcase that ability in this artform. i DO want to emphasize, this was no power display, it was animated to look like there was a power (especially if you know of his abilities in game) but its not, its just artistic choice to make it look like that. they just used flashback mixed with present to create illusion of time rewind and then fast run the present sequence
EDIT: reason i say its brilliant writting is because of all the elements that are involved that can easily be missed.
I really appreciate all your comments! The break downs helped me understand all the little details so much more!
Perfect timing! hahah
Vi use to chase her monsters away for Powder, but it was Silco who died trying to chase them away for Jinx.
The character writing around Silco is soooo well done!
waiting for cliffhanger for years is a burden we must to bear
"The villain always keep winning"
Actually if you think about it, there are no villains in here; there are just forces opposing each other due to circumtances that they were put in...
No one was winning they were all losing.
Facts! I love this
You mentioned the crows around Jinx a few times.
Ahhh okay that makes total sense! Thank you for breaking that down for me!
Lol. 1:35:15 - "And something activated on Mel's back there??? Or that's just their way of showing it?"
A question literally everyone has been asking.
Been waiting 3. LONG. YEARS.
Just a week or so away from Season 2 now.
Riot Games Lore Universes
The main universe Arcane, Legends of Runeterra, Riot Forge League of Legends Universe Site_Full Canon skins.

Completely out of space is VALORANT.
"Marcus, you are such a little fuck for not betraying Silco, which would put your own daughter in danger"
He was such a great character!
26:20 has him sounding like my aunt 😂
"I'm watching attack on titans right now and that has bad cliffhangers....how long have y'all been waiting for this season 2 for?" 😂
1:35:44 Lachy devastated he has to wait 15 days (at time of this video uploading) for the first arc of S2 to drop.
Everyone who had to wait since 2021: 👁👄👁
On a less teasing note, you will be able to semi binge the show, as each saturday after Nov. 9th will drop the separate arcs one after the other
Hahahh yes I know I'm very lucky
You have to watch the behind tje scenes of arcane called bridging the rift. Its cinema.
Ambessa standing infront of Mels painting of Noxus is so powerful to me
I did love that part! I wish I got to see more into their relationship and her family
been waiting since November 2021 for season 2 🙃and the episodes will release in 3 Acts. batches of 3 episodes per Act over 3 weeks
also you mentioned the writing but not many people noticed this one
Vi to Powder in ep 2: "What makes you different makes you strong. Always remember that, okay?"
Jinx to Vi ep 9: "I thought maybe you could love me like you used to.
I like this idea a lot!!
.Next you should watch & react is "Arcane: Bridging the Rift" its the documentary of the show if you want to know more, more & more. Its in 5 parts and equally well made just like Arcane and I know for sure you will enjoy it. Btw thanks I love your reaction. Cheers! 🥳👏🥰
GG u survived, and u dont have to wait years for second season. And its ok to cry, u dont have to keep it inside.
Appreciate you legend! I'm so excited for season 2 now!
Everyone voting for peace and then the nuke follows, a true testament to the name "Jinx"
there was never going to be peace. silco wouldnt give jinx up for anything, so regardless that treaty wouldnt have been met imo
"What's with all the crows?" def. not Swain xd
between S1 and 2 is 2 years. it starts 1 week after worlds, so novemeber 9th this year (depending on timezone i guess)
Swain uses Ravens, people keep forgetting that. The crow is simply symbolic for Jinx as is the firelight for Ekko.
Be grateful, you only have to wait a couple of weeks for season 2 while most of us have been waiting years
It would be really cool to see you react to "Bridging the Rift" the story of how Arcane got made.
A couple people have said this would be super cool to check out!
since you're still fresh on season 1 you could react to all the season 2 teasers, first look and trailers, last saturday they released a music video on Mel's mom that gives her character more depth
But they didn't, so they don't and won't.
this is no longer canon - since like half a year ago all main story canons have been unified so now Arcane is the real story.
Afterall Shaco also still has a "lore" despite none of it being canon
Basically Arcane was given lore priority over short stories and wikies and stuff.
Killed civilians/PoW's during
Took hostages for inhumane biological experiments
And helped develop weapons for Noxus that they used for war crimes including attacking religious/cultural sites/objects.
Yeah I feel so bad for yall
1:03:00 Pretty boy Jayce finally had to get his hands dirty and just couldn't handle it, while Vi being jaded to the whole ordeal of death is such an amazing contrast of their respective civilizations
1:21:13 Vi didn't know they could do that either! Lmao! She's literally NEVER blocked anything before 🤣
1:34:48 Yeah this ending had me freaking out so much that my roommate had to come and check on me 🤣The fact that the undercity was getting what they wanted, and peace was happening, aaaaaaand then it all had to go boom. Literally. Thank god you didn't have to endure 3 YEARS of pain waiting for season 2, unlike us unlucky folks lol
58:52
This is the perfect weapon for vi
League player: Bruh 🙄
Bruh you killed me with the Nikocado Avocado stuff.
I really love your reaction. ❤❤❤
I hope u will react Arcane ss2 on November
We have waited for years buddy😂😂
I'd have died 😂😂
The councilors are made at Jayce because Piltover relies on the undercity for mining and energy production. They are rich because of the hard work of the people working hard down there. Without dominance over the undercity, they lose everything.
Ahhh okay I getcha!
I recommend reacting to the season 2 trailers, you had some really interesting question is at the end. Some of are answered already thanks to season 2 trailers, others are being speculated based on the game lore.
That's a cool idea! I some times worry about being spoiled by the trailers!
@@lachyywhite Riot (the company behind arcane and league of legends) is always careful not to spoil too much. But there are a few thing we know already about season 2 that I won't spoil for you, it's always nice when someone has no idea about anything, make for a better reaction, just know, things are getting WILD!
