There are many videos on youtube showing how to replace the SHP9500's earpads with some universal products such like Brainwavz HM5, Wicked Cushions or our misodiko Upgraded Comfy earpads, but those methods are troublesome and need to separate the old earpads from the plastic ring, and then put the new earpads on the plastic ring. Yes, that works, but that really not look pretty after installation.
I have always liked the SHP9500, I think it is a very classic and value-for-money headset.
So I decided to make this product.
In order to make the installation easier and bring a better use experience, our product already contains a plastic ring, which is directly installed on the SHP9500. The plastic ring and earpads are integrated, just like the original design.
Because I don’t want to make another universal earpads but a product designed specifically for SHP9500, so it's not compatible with other headphones even SHP9600.

This is what I'll say about the velour pads. The comfort is greater because material feels better on the skin and hairs. But it definitely takes a hit in the sound. It might be the material that's on the inside. I think dekoni should release some earpads for this headphone that are fully mesh or fully velour. The hybrid pads give the headphones a big boost around the high bass and low midrange. You can definitely eq this out. But when I eq headphones on my desktop I can't hear the eq in the DAW that I want to work in.
I'm definitely going to look into a competitor brand for earpads that's well renowned for their other earpads. But otherwise, if you liked the Sivga Robins you might like these pads on the SHP9500s. I'll check out any new dekoni pads that are made of velour or mesh inside and out.

Just bought the mesh variant and wow, what can I say. It definitely looks better than any other universal earpads. Also because the earpads are much thicker, the clamping force also is increased, but not so much that it becomes uncomfortable. Also the sound quality is much better. Definitely a great buy!
Lots of review says otherwise it destroy the sound .

These are so damn good. Took 5 mins to put on and they feel amazing. 10 days from Asia shipping too. Highly recommend.
Just got the velour pads well we'll worth the wait. They are great. Misodiko is now my go to brand for any type of pad replacement

@@DroidLocks6971 They are about the same diameter, just thicker padding. They are definitely over ear for me.

Thanks. Was unsuccessfully looking for screws. Just wanted to wash the (smelling) earpads of the brand new headphones.
Finally took mine off after finding this video again. they are so old one of the cups were starting to rip in places. Now I wonder what I should get for a replacement.

My main focus is keeping away from that "leather" fabric, I've hated it ever since my mid 20's.
Just got my valour pads and I live them. I havent used it yet but I put them on and they're way better than the stock shp9500
What would you recommend for most comfortable, especially if you live in hot country?
Perforated leather/hybrid leather Velour or the best is Velour. Having closed all leather will increase temp inside the cup.
Misodiko pads are pretty thick as seen on video so it will affect the sound given that SHP9500 is an open-back.
Just ordered a pair of these as I've been looking for an upgrade. Can't wait to see what they're like. They're supposed to arrive in a couple of weeks :)
Btw you can also 3d print the mount ring if you already have some pads lying around

There are quite a few different ones. Which material is the most comfortable/lets heat out the best? I feel the stock pads trap too much heat for my liking.

i'm using the pleather. more passive noise cancelling, and wider soundstage since the pads are thicker and drivers are far away from ears compared to stock pads

is the interior opening identical to original pads? I have big ears and Iwouldnt want a small hole where my holes go into, but I would like it a smidge deeper as it touching my ears a bit and bothers me

Last year I bought the earpads for headphones like Takstar PRO 80 from Misodiko. Is this earpad the same size of that earpad? I would like to know because if it is, I would buy a different version.

i just bought a pair of these and my ears touch the inside of the ear cups. Before buying them i figured it'd probably be fine but its a bit annoying. So glad you made a product that doesn't require destroying the originals. Going to order some in a week or two when i can get some extra cash. Are the cooling gel ones really that much cooler than just mesh? Is the Sound signature changed very significantly from these new pads? Thanks.

@@Kabanchikpro Yeah. The replacement ear cups are fantastic and add some extra depth between the inside and my ears. I got the all mesh and theyre very comfy and i dont notice my ears getting too warm. I believe the open back nature of the headphones allows some breathing. I would absolutely recommend getting these for the shp9500s if youre looking at new ear cups.

I like the way you produce the pads in different materials, but all of them are so thick! this pads will reduce sound clarity. Maybe consider to make a less thick version too.

How do these affect the sound over the stock pads?
Not really very much. Might add a slightly deeper bass note (which I prefer) but still sound really good.

For sound signature yes. It's the closest sound to original pads. The cooling gels and others make the headset a bit more bassy

Most of the review says non. From the shopping app. All of the variations say it changes the sound alot. Velour , mesh . Lots of people buy them even the cooling pad version. All say sounds muddy. Mid all not present and stuff. I still considering weather I should buy or not. I still looking around

@@Kay-yy7ic sometime there are fake reviews becarefull. I mean if people don't care about the sound that's it. But from the shopping app lots of them saying the earpad make the headphones some blur and muddy. If not pure bass . Some of them need to do modification to the earpads.

Hello, the plastic part of SHP9600's earpads is now being debugged and will be produced soon. If everything goes well, they should be on sale in two months. By then, the Headband pads will also be available.
