This was very enjoyable. I don't know if there was an intent to invoke any particular imagery but I felt a lot of "sunlight through leaves in a light breeze" in this piece.
I really like the soft part with Debussy style harp, my Chinese wife also likes the harp and the flute, she tells me that your compositions have a little "Asian" side
Well done, always great music! This time the harmonies are less surprising and original than in your 'Dream end' because it is based on chord sequences which have often been used in many songs but it is your orchestration which makes the beautiful difference and the little refined details. One moment made me laugh because it made me think of some of the same notes of a popular festive French song (which I hate) which is often played at wedding dances or for the passing of the new year when everyone is drunk 😄 it's in the 8th and 9th bar of your piece when the clarinet plays: D E F / E F / D: it's the same melody as the song "La Chenille" composed by a stupid group "La bande à Basile" (but in another key) do you know? But I don't hate your Prelude on the contrary I like it 😉 Happy New Year th-cam.com/video/CyfyKwFSqhE/w-d-xo.html
I have just finished my 2nd transcription for symphony orchestra, still on a piece by Bill Evans on solo piano "B Minor Waltz" (I think I am going to put together a complete repertoire on the theme of Bill Evans) th-cam.com/video/AFpmzQ3YocI/w-d-xo.html
@@fatitankeris6327 there’s a ton of little things, but one of the most important touch-ups is to always make sure changes in dynamics (without rests in between) are bridged with some kind of hairpin. Playback dynamic levels are also way below what appears written on the score most of the time (like consistently fading down to pppppp for the ends of phrases).
Absolutely wonderful! It’s incredible to see how far MuseScore playback has come in these few short years.

It didn't bore me and I listened to the end. Dug some of the chord changes. Congrats!
Amazing
Merry Christmas! 🎄
Wow! This is some great stuff!
Splendid.

This is amazing! How did you get the concert hall sound? Is it just adjusting the mixer settings in MuseScore or something else?
Thank you! Yes, just adjusting the reverb knob in the mixer.
Nice piece, I really like the dynamics especially. How do you attach these backgrounds to the sheet music?
Thanks! In Musescore, check the appearances tab in the settings/preferences menu. There’s an option for background wallpaper.
Dang! Really muse sounds?
Yes! With lots of hidden markings to help with the playback, though.
@@thadbaileymaiCould you please tell how to better cobtrol the sound, like with fade ins and outs?
