do you sell the screws (phillips & torx) for this panel? my mechanic did not put them back in after replacind the door regulator and I'm not near him to go get it fixed. thanks!

Thank you for the video. My now x wife use to own the car I have now n even though she didn't take the greatest care in what she owns I kept up with her maintenance knowing that someday I'm gonna buy it off her so for the last 8 months I've been working on improving and upgrading this 04' Passat 1.8T 5-speed wagon (GLS). I loved the car the 1st time I layed eyes on it. With the 4motion all wheel drive and fully loaded interior I am very happy with the progress I've made so far. Needed 2 know this so I do it right the 1st time. Replacing both front and rear components which will be fun (not really) as well as replacing shifter boot and so on. It's in great shape considering the others I've seen online these days. Less than 7k where made between 04' + 05' with my setup so I feel its worth the project.

Hi thanks for the video, one quick question if I may. At around 1:55 in you start popping the clips to pull the door card away after the screws are removed. Are those clips reusable and if so is there a technique to help prevent breaking them? If they're not reusable or if they tend to sometimes break can I get some replacements from you guys?
BartBart22 Hi Bart, we recommend taking your time and going slow when removing the door panel clips. Unfortunately, we do not have door panel clips for the Passat right now, but our door panel removal tool can help with the process. Is there a way to access the fabric insert in the door trim? My 2002 Passat has the dooryard fabric sagging. Looks like it needs to be re-glued

The procedure shown does not apply to the 1996 Passat (B4) or to the 1997, which is also a B4 model.
