    I had 2 spinal fusions on left SI for severe hypermobility and dysfunction plus periformis release. I had tried everything for 7 yrs. Like many I traded one daily chronic pain for another. It’s been 20+ yrs and think I’ve finally found a good physiotherapist and with a lot of patience and work I have some hope in time of getting off pain meds and getting some quality of life back. Think very hard before agreeing to any spinal fusion or back surgery in gen. I get what it feels to be desperate but exhaust all non surgical options and avoid opioid pain meds. If your a spouse, family or friend DON’T judge or say things like try an anti inflammatory diet (MAYBE work in long term but what’s key is compassion, patience and support.) 🙏

      Might I suggest a pair of free audiobooks here on YT titled: You Are The Placido; & Becoming Supernatural, by Dr.Joe Dispenza? They may contain some of the best news you’ve ever heard.🤞🙏

    I would like to see a study showing how many patients still demand X-rays, procedures and medications after the doctor informed them of risks greater than benefits fir drugs, surgeries and imaging studies. I know many who change doctors until they find one to do what they think will work.

      ">I need antibiotics!
      > But, ma'am, they can be dangerous as they wipe out the good as well as bad! Plus the condition you have is probably viral so it won't do any good. Please listen! Plus we have been overusing these things for decades to the point they aren't as effective for the people who DO need them!
      > Right! I'll find a new doc!"
      This is a huge problem

    People run to the dr when they feel pain. Instead of trying to stretch, walk, change diet, they charge surgery to our taxed healthcare system. Perhaps we need responsibility…

    Never underestimate the power of the mind, beating placebo is hard because the placebo does have an effect, the patient thinks he’s gonna get better, is more motivated, and oftentimes gets better. So I wouldn’t be so quick to equate placebo with “not doing the surgery,” and assuming that you’d have the same results as if you didn’t put the patient through that. I’d be curious to compare surgery, versus placebo (like doing incisions without putting anything in), versus actually doing nothing. I’d bet placebo beats the latter.

    I can add to the list of surgeries that are effective that were discussed in the Q&A.
    I had crooked finger after a fracture in jiu jitsu sparring session.
    Couldn't even bend it to 90 degree angle.
    GP referred me to a surgeon that they said was one of the best in the field.
    And the surgeon successfully shaved the jammed finger bone and my finger regained full range of motion with no issues ever since for over a decade.

      according to this video if you watched and understood, the reason for that is, according to our error minimizing verification procedure aka science, most likely aka over 50% likely that this is due to placebo

      I've seen quite a few individuals who braged about their successful surgery but you ask their parents, girlfriend husband etc. It goes something like: "He's in constant pain & hooked on tramadol, whishes he never had it done"

    40:00 because they get paid either way. If surgery fails there should be no bill.

    I feel this way about the current vaccines. Israel released data showing natural immunity was more therapeutic than the 2 dose vaccine.

    • @JR954
      @JR954 3 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      The headline accurately reflects some of the study’s findings but ignores the study’s limitations, including that only one vaccine was tested, and that other studies have found that COVID-19 poses much greater danger to people who have not been vaccinated.
      Without that context, the headline leaves the impression that it’s safer to get COVID-19 and hope to recover than to try to avoid it by getting vaccinated. That’s not true.

      Agreed and so do those like Russell Brand, Eric Clapton, Joe Rogan and others. To many vegan drs incentivized or bullied/threatened by big Pharma to go against everything they stood to endorse the vacs/drugs. To the point of not even being objective/ignoring any data not support it. Add to this attacking any who (dared) criticize any of them or felt angry/betrayed at this hypocrisy by their favourite vegan plant-based doctors. I’ve stopped watching all. To me it seems like the only one who tried to be objective was Dr. McDougall. Big Pharma got to most social influencers in world. Per VAERS report (US vaccine adverse events) death/hospitalizations/harms from new vac/drugs outnumber ALL past one combined. Up to 7K deaths in over 4K hospitalizations incl kids. Mult this by all countries. Growing reports of fully vac’d driving outbreaks and hospitalizations. All while Big Pharma/govts granted Full legal idemnity from any vac harms incl death to 2024. So if you/your child gets myocarditis/heart inflammation (or worse) nobody’s responsible. If any vegan Drs want to play this down or dismiss Id say verifiable data says diff. Do those lives have value or are they just collateral damage? Some channels where you might find some info: Russell brand, dark horse, videos w/Dr. Robert Malone or Dr. Yeadon, Dr Vernon Coleman, Dr Suneel Dhand etc plus search online (using DuckDuckGo or Brave not Google) FLCCC, rumble, bitchute etc. Corporations now have far more financial control in the world than any government which means they control the media so yes some of these sources are alternative and attacked as extreme or crazy but warning about digital vac passes back in April 2020 was called conspiracy. Whistleblowers have no choice but to go to these sources. High-level lawyers in Eur working on lawsuits for crimes against humanity incl breaking Nuremberg agmt. Some very brave trying to make sure they’re on right side of history. I’m sorry if this is too much. Just screen shot and you’ll find your way to info you need. Best x.

      We need to stop caring what "social influencers" say. Their medical opinion matters because they have… what degrees, clinical experience or research credentials?! They are SOCIAL INFLUENCERS good God that counts for absolutely nothing except people who don't know any better listen to them because they're "cool"..

    Belief. The patient believes the problem has been resolved. Belief/Faith has healed the patient.😁

    So, do we skip surgery with a breast filled with cancer?

    • @maggieadams8600
      @maggieadams8600 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      He did say removing the cancer itself was found best, so from that I gather that if the whole breast was filled with cancer, that the whole breast would have to be removed. I think it's generally a just lump though.

      I assume that this is a sensitive issue for you perhaps because of personal experience or someone you love? Please listen carefully to what the man is actually saying. He is himself a surgeon and performs many surgeries and is not decrying surgery in general.
