    A very important topic! I struggled with dizzyness and headaches the whole day after my swim workouts. I ended working out with sprints until I was too tired. A coworker told me I should try to cool down instead and have the sprinting before. That really improved my issues with headaches and exhaustion after swimming

    Quality video! I've been convinced...I shall change my ways! I'll confess that after a fun and intense session in the pool I'll just jump right out and hit the showers (the adrenaline gets the better of me) but I'll defo take on board these words of wisdom! Cheers 💪👏

    Some thing I have done forever I think.... I would guess that a good warm up is equally important. Can't remember if you have hit on that topic or not. I guess that would differ a bit depending if you are doing heavy sprinting and/or heavy distance. I do get some of both in during the week...

    I noticed that if I don’t cool down properly, my resting heart rate will stay higher than normal for at least a few days
