    Thanks Eric. You are totally right. Although I am an advisor working for a Microsoft partner, I have found that it is a competitive advantage to be open about the secrets you just mentioned. Our goal is not to sell licenses, not to maximize t&m, not to paint over optimistic hyper-agile roadmap or not to own the transformation. Our goal is customer success which will of course bring success to us.
