  • One from the archives… made this kit a while ago, and have made a few more since. Yes, this way takes a little while longer to make, but I’m fine with it. If you want kill fermentation and clear it with finings then you can probably do that in around 10 days or so.
    Stick around until the end to see how clear I get the wine with nothing more than gravity and an extra week or two!

    Hi mate. A top tip for the bladder containing the juice.. fit the neck of the bladder through one of the pre-cut carry handles on the box. That'll hold the neck of the bladder and help save any waste 👍👍

      @@8pibrewing867 Darks tip is legit, cause those bags are a pain in the ass to deal with. Which is why I am glad to actually have wine grapes and make wine from grapes instead of making wine from kits. Though i do still like to make a kit from time to time.

      Yep, it’s a good tip. Recently I’ve just taken the bag out and then lowered it back into the box whilst holding the cap up and then popping it off whilst the bag is secured in the box. Similar kinda thing, but that works nicely too 👍
