For clarification - the marine is not called an "invictor". He is just a Space Marine (Ultramarine) in Phobos Armour who pilots the Invictor Warsuit. And the rifle is called a bolt gun.
I just don't have the space or funds for another series to collect but I'm happy you're reviewing these. You have the best poses of anyone on youtube so I can appreciate these things in the only way I can when you review/photograph them.
Please please do more of the other mechs you have. I’ve been eyeing them an I’m on the fence on buying my first one. Your vids help me decide on my purchase. Love the vid an everything you do for all the community’s an us collectors you fucking rock my bro!! 🤘🏽🤘🏽✌🏽👍🏽🤙🏽
I'm not into Warhammer so I don't know much about the lore. Just based on aesthetic alone that is an amazing chunk of plastic. Cool looking design. Nice sculpt and great paint.
I first started getting joytoy figs/sets in the 1/27 and 1/28 scale years ago because they scaled well with M.A.S.K. and 1/24 scale vehicles (like MP01, MPP10, binaltech, human alliance). The mech suits also scaled as viable attempts to battle transformers... both midsized and larger. In the last couple of years I've been picking up a few joytoy figs, here and there, in this 1/18 scale since there are so many lines using that scale that b.o.s.s. fight, hiya, and others are doing. Fortunately, for the most part, I've usually been only picking them up when I tack on a discount due to a sale or discount code... as they are relatively expensive.
Big fan of Joy Toy…they make an amazing product. I started off collecting the Battle for the Stars series and once I saw Warhammer figures I focused on that line. My latest addition is the Blood Angels which are hands down my favorite figures so far.
@@gmon78 I don’t have a problem with the price until I check out, see the grand total with shipping. That’s when I second guess my decision whether I should have purchased the figures or not. Joy Toy does such a great job in the details of the figures that when I’m looking at them, they are worth the price. Then when I get them home and see the quality I’m reassured the figures were worth the price. I mean if you compare the Joy Toy figures with some of the other figures being offered at the same price point…yeah they are definitely worth the price. Really if you break it down four figures come out to roughly $40 a piece.
I don't know how deep are you into the lore, but both the pilot and the warsuit is part of the primaris space marines, a new addition to the lore, they are upgraded space marines, it is like you gave captain america an other dose of the super soldier serum and beefed him up :D
Great review as always. Love the look of the joy toy figures but unfortunately I don't have the funds or the space for another new line. Now that you have a mech are you going to get the mecha depot?

Just got the space wolves invictor last week, thing Is a beast. Ratchets scare the life out of me but otherwise it’s incredible

The jump pack that Assault Marines use DO have vernier thrusters though.
