I love seeing how other vintage sewists dream their makes into reality! The planning is maybe the most enjoyable for me. I love your palette and style! I love that you chose that nutmeg color. I think it being orange toned will go beautifully with the navy of the dress. And are you doing the McCalls one in yellow and green? That’s so 30s! Like Ginger Rogers in 5th ave girl (though that was 1939, so a bit later than your fave part of the decade).

Lovely linen fabrics but for a dress I think you will want to wear that weight of linen with a slip.

Hi Jeanine! You're absolutely right, I tend to wear slips anyways so that's a given for me. I should probably figure out how to make them because it's really hard to find a good bias cut slip! At least in my experience lol
