I have seen this dive from a 15 meter cliff. We all dived feet first from there, I thought that that boy had something wrong, that he was a skydiver victim of professional deformation and that he felt a lot of pain, but I then discovered that it is a technique. Really spectacular and impressive to see! Thanks Jim for this video!
Nobody: Watermagic: The 1 meter jump is basically the same as the 3 meter Wich is essentially 5 meter Wich in the grand scheme is 7meter Wich is almost equivalent to 10 meter. There you have it ! If you can do 1 meter you can do 10 !
He didn't really do that, he said the 1m springboard was equivalent to 3m and that 3m is basically 5m, but then he said don't try 7m until you're really comfortable with 5m and that 10m can be really dangerous. I get it's a joke but it's not funny, it's just lying.
Hi! Im a 20 year old guy from Norway. We dive like this from we are 13 years old here in Norway. Some of the 13 year old boys her jump from 15 meters! Your video is great! Thats also how we learn it here in Norway. GOOD VID
This was pretty fun to watch! As a death-diver myself I can guarantee that you will always feel some pain, but us norwegians never tuck in as far as you did, so I guess thats why hehe
@@metterms calm down dude. English is not my mother tongue how come you exaggerate when I am doing some spelling mistakes sorry if my English is too bad for your Niveau little peace of shit
I love the way you say painful it sounds like your saying payphone. But props to you for learning such great English, I could never learn another language so well.
Myself and some friends back in Texas would always do this, before dodsing (Norwegian death diving) even surfaced on youtube. We have so many different moves like the flying squirrel, watermelon, curveball, paraplegic (a.k.a. the ball buster). Welcome to San Marcos River! From the Bomb Squad of Sewell
Everyone did this. We did it in Yugoslavia too, we called a dods the "roof" since when you close your body it looks kinda like a roof. But yea I think everyone does it, but the Norvegians are the first to formalize and make a sport out of it.
I legit love swimming yet TH-cam has never recommended this channel for me until I searched diving and then it recommended this channel to me LOL. Edit: I’m definitely subscribing
You can also do it on the ground or in shallow water if you just don’t close as much and open your hands to land on them like a pike push up position and it helps if you can do dive rolls Also, where do I find a gym like this in the USA in New Amsterdam (Long Island)?
In Norway we call it "Reka" witch translates to shrimp. Usually a beginner move and wont score you a lot of points in competitions. Death diving is most of the time not about the trick mid air but the landing.
I'm wondering how 🤔 you get that whole pool to yourself. You must have some pull around there! The clips were funny in between. Lol 😆 I just found your channel and it's an amazing courage booster.

What about that injury he showed us on 0:19 🤢
You ar my idol. Plz. Don't stop these diving videos
1 month ago i was scared about jumping from 3 meters
After watching your videos i can jump from 10 meters
I am a decent deathdiver/dødser and i personale like to jump with my body straight forward like a stick, and it helps me Get more control in the air.
Love your edits man! I just discovered your channel yesterday and I’m watching everything! Keep up the good work!

Lol my friend and I found a video of a kid doing a belly flop off of a three meter on accident and this video totally reminded me of it, I subbed
Conclusion:
10m is the same as 7 m, 7m is the same as 5m, 5m is the same as 3m, and 3m is the same as 1m
😂😂
So conclusion, just start with the 10, you'll be fine. (Joke!)

This wasent really a death dive! You was almost straight up when you jumped!
I would recommend doing it in the pool rather than the trampoline cause i think it's a smaller chance of injury, but the rest was good tips
