    Meri 6 month chal rahi hai pregnancy ki aur main 3 months ke baad se hi daily walk kar rahi hun 30 mints almost abhi tak koi problem nhi huwi hai bas ye month me back pain halka halka ho rahi hai night mein sone time

    Ap se tujhme ye janna tha ki mera last time 23 October ko period huwa tha par uske bad November me nhi huwa bad me pregnancy test kiya to wo positive aya hai uske bad mujhe 30 November ko mujhe bleeding hone lga doctor ke pas gai doctor ne mujhe davaiya likha ab mein pregnant huo par mujhe ye samjh me nhi aa rha hai ki mein ab kitne month ki pregnant huo

    Hi I had cervical cerclage surgery and I was suggested to take a bed rest to prevent premature birth.
    Can I do this exercise for normal delivery?

    I am 24 weeks pregnant
    My symptoms are
    zyada vommiting nahi ,
    no nausea,
    sweet starting mei nhi pasand aa raha tha but abhi khane mann karta hai
    1st trimister me spicy food pasand aa raha tha bilkl nonveg nahi khaya jaa raha,
    Hairfall kam ho gaya hai bhott,
    Skin is good no pimples but bhot zyada dry ho gaye hai
    legs me pain rehta hai …
    I am just exited for the gender baby girl or boy is equally important to me… just curious to know
    What do you think boy or girl ?
