Vintage Bed Makeover | Prepping Furniture For Paint Veneer Removal

- Years ago I was gifted this vintage bed and never finished giving it a makeover. In February of this year, I finally completed its transformation. It needed a lot of extra prep work, including stripping off some of the old paint and veneer removal before I could do a blend of paint colors and a transfer from Redesign With Prima. Since I was participating in a romance core furniture flipping challenge, my inspiration was all things floral and girly. I wanted it to be a mix of bold and whimsical, and I think it turned out perfectly!

I don’t think so! It was thick, but it seemed more for looks than anything since it was a pretty pattern and it had the added detail in the center. 😊
