I'm unable to take English B2 exam in Delhi, India, which is the first requirement for a German University in which I'm planning to apply for Master.
every institution is saying that they only give exams for institutions not for individuals.

🍒MY QUESTIONS: is germany good to come after 12th
In what language they teach in colleges and universities
Are part time jobs available in germany
If you have finished 12th in India, you are not eligible for direct entry to a German university. You need to
1) complete a year of university in India or
2) complete Studienkolleg in Germany (you should have at least B2 German and decent grades) or
3) Pass the JEE advanced (for admission to science and tech degrees)
Not all areas have enough part-time jobs for all the international students looking for them. I know many foreign students who were not able to find employment in small towns with high unemployment. It is especially difficult in areas that were in East Germany. On the other hand, rents are usually not as expensive.

I am studying in 2yr of diploma in mechanical engineering and want to pursue my bachelor's in Germany . Please help me out in this . I have been researching about it and also about the aps certificate , I can apply for it being in diploma because some universities do not accept diploma certificate . Should I give JEE exams for it

Yeah some uni's don't accept diploma certificate but if you want to seriously enquire about it then you can contact any consultancy or agent.
My advice it to complete bachelor's here and then move on to germany for master's and jobs!
Forget consultants. I think many of them have never even been to Germany.
You need a minimum of 12th from India to study in Germany. The combination 10th + 3 year diploma = keine HZB.

It depends where you study. If you choose a small town, you might be able to obtain a furnished room that is affordable in the student dorms. In larger cities it is much more difficult to find accommodation due to the housing crisis.
