you should open a you tube channel for teaching german language, I like the way you talk and explain and you know this learning journey so you can teach better. This will help you to make you more expert and we will get good guidance.

Duolingo and mondly provide you solid structure of the language. And following the grammar like preposition, adjective and blah blah will never make you to speak any language. Most of us don't know the basic grammar of our mother tongue but still we know how to communicate, rest is myth.
If you don't learn grammatically correct German then you will not be fluent in the language. I have done the German learning courses with the Goethe Insititut

Last advice you give was so important as i got rejected for my f1 in feb 2024 i was also shattered nd at that point i was not able to decide anything but then at the end i gained my confidence again nd started doing German classes completed my a1 doing a2 half way done nd long way to go but yes you lose u fuck up but never give up 💪💪💯
I would say use free books available online there are some NCERT language books that teach foreign language dont know if german is available but they are made for 1st class to 12th so they are easy to pick up
