Simple mantra to learn any language, is to read text (newspaper, articles and watch youtube videos), even if you don't understand. There is no hard and fast rule (There is no shortcut to success). Duolingo and mondly provide you solid structure of the language. And following the grammar like preposition, adjective and blah blah will never make you to speak any language. Most of us don't know the basic grammar of our mother tongue but still we know how to communicate, rest is myth.
If you don't learn grammatically correct German then you will not be fluent in the language. I have done the German learning courses with the Goethe Insititut

Last advice you give was so important as i got rejected for my f1 in feb 2024 i was also shattered nd at that point i was not able to decide anything but then at the end i gained my confidence again nd started doing German classes completed my a1 doing a2 half way done nd long way to go but yes you lose u fuck up but never give up 💪💪💯

Sir, like right now im in 12th standard and want to do bachelors in Germany (public Universitiesss) and i want to do law there so firstly like i have to give german language proficiency test in 2025 (b2) level so which test i have to give ? And what month tests exam declared? Like just after proficiency test (only if i clear) and after admission letter i can go to german to do studentkolleg, right?
Take one of these exams in 2025. Check the exam providers’ websites for specific dates and book early, as they’re offered multiple times a year. After passing the language test and getting an admission letter, apply for Studienkolleg. Once you pass Studienkolleg, you can start your bachelor’s studies in Germany.

I would say use free books available online there are some NCERT language books that teach foreign language dont know if german is available but they are made for 1st class to 12th so they are easy to pick up

Great. It would be nice to know whether it's 3-4 hrs a day - everyday? Learning German in 1 year is not easy. It would be great if you could cover how many hours in school, self studying, average number of hrs u worked everyday. This helps individuals to understand better.

It is achievable in one year, if you aim for 10-14 hours of study and practice each week.
