No the ielts is not mandatory although you have to show them your language proficiency it can be either of ielts or Goethe (English or German proficiency)

For private uni. Payment of 2 semester fee is mandatory in addition to blocked account. For public universities only blocked account is necessary
Bro in APS checklist they have mentioned 12 marksheet and certificate. What kind of certificate is they trying to say?? I have only have marksheet is it not sufficient??
Also I have marksheet of semester till 6 sem and now I m in 8 semester but I needed to apply for APS what to do ??
First of all you can't apply with 6sem marksheets secondly you will get your 12th certificate after loggin in the DIGILOCKER
