I am loving this 30 days program and it's doing me a world of good. I have to wonder about your "random" questions, however, many of which are data mining treasure. Where are you getting these questions?
I appreciate that you put yourself in an uncomfortable situation, outdoor where every kind of insect is biting you for us to have a nice landscape in the background. Thanks, Sean!
Amazing hip stretch! Been doing way too much sitting and very little stretching or exercise of any sort lately and it shows....did the worst pigeon ever! Yep I can drive a stick shift....learned on my husbands 1996 Toyota Tacoma. That was a good little truck. Thanks Sean!!
Love this sequence - soooo much going on. Feeling a massive increase in mobility and flow of energy. And stick-shift... That's a yes. Probably shows my age 🤣🤣🤣
Great stretch, Coach! Yes! Every car I owned for my first 25 years of driving had standard transmission; I always enjoyed it, and I miss it now, more engagement with the car.
My hips were aching before this-now they feel a lot better. I LOVE stick shift cars-my first, 1970 Beetle; my second, an 1966 Volvo P1800S (yes, the sport coupe-wish I still had it).
I bike 8 miles a day if not farther, my hips and legs always benefit from your stretches. Hamstrings are tight right now because of a few brutal days at the gym so I added some lifts to the pigeon. Use to drive a stick, learned in rush hour traffic, but haven't had a car in years.
I have attempted to drive a stick shift a few times, but I do not know how well enough to actually drive one on a public road. This felt great! Can't believe we are at day 20! Thanks much!
Wow, completed Day 19 and 20 in one go, this was an excellent follow up to the slow motion workout. Somehow my knees hurt when doing the frog pose, maybe I should put some padding to avoid contact with the hard floor. And to answer the question, I have forgotten how to drive stick shift. Was never good at it to begin with, so 😅
Still can't put much weight on my broken wrist, so hovers, etc. are pretty much banned for now but these stretch flows (and the standing warrior flow) have been a godsent. Yes, I can drive stick although getting back to it after a year of automatic transmission was a pain.
Right on. Yes I could drive a stick shift, I learned to drive on a stick shift clutch transmission. It'd be cool to get a stick shift vehicle or truck again
How'd you know I needed hip stretches?! Yeehaw Coach V, thank you 🙏 I relish the stick shift. Gonna keep driving one as long as I can. Dead Poet's Society 👍
Great stretch; my hips always get so tight when I run a lot. Ducks are fake...I have their cousins in lake by me LOL. Yes, I can drive a stick, my first car a looooonnggg time ago was stick so I had to learn.
Thanks, coach. I'm in the UK, where driving with a manual gearbox is still the default. Well, it is until electric cars mean that a manual gearbox will go the way of the dinosaurs.

I LOVE the ‘leg out to the side’ stretch!!! Life changing. Yes I can drive a manual transmission. Learned from a boyfriend in 1978.
Hi Coach, thank you for the great workouts. My first 2 cars were stick shifts, a volkswagen beetle and then a chevy van with 3 speed on the column.

Nice stretch Coach! I learned to drive a stick when I was a kid working in the hay fields. Now i'm older and lazier and prefer an automatic!
Dead Poet's Society 👍
super even though I dislike random questions
Learned how to drive a manual on a right hand drive MG-TF! Pretty weird going to a left hand drive stick shift afterwards.
Great stretch; my hips always get so tight when I run a lot. Ducks are fake...I have their cousins in lake by me LOL. Yes, I can drive a stick, my first car a looooonnggg time ago was stick so I had to learn.
Almost all cars are stuck shift in Europe. Feels much better than driving an automatic.
I'm Dutch, stick is the standard here, so yes I can drive stick. Prefer automatic though.
I used to be able to it’s been years though, I can on a tractor but the clutch is a lot more forgiving then my hip flexors are lol
Yes yes, stick shift on the steering wheel column.😉
Thanks, coach. I'm in the UK, where driving with a manual gearbox is still the default. Well, it is until electric cars mean that a manual gearbox will go the way of the dinosaurs.

Manual transmission? Okay!
First car was a stick. My boyfriend taught me to drive it on a slightly inclined parking lot.
No way can I drive a stick shift. I’ve still got my permit so driving is tricky enough as it is, haha!
Bonjour libellule 🐛🦋🐞🪲🐝
Learned to drive a stick shift at age 40 on a Nissan Sentra. I talk to bugs too (:
U look like Jean-Claude Van Damme with the sun glasses 😂
No stick shift here. ( That’s what SHE said)
Thanks for helping me lift my remote!
(Just kidding! I don’t have a TV)
Google or Bing?! You should all switch to Ecosia 🌲 Nothing but stick shifts in the UK 🇬🇧
I've driven stick poorly before years ago. I do not know how

Yes manual gearbox also have an auto, frog stretch great as a cyclist and I'm sure the ducks are fake, or extremely lazy!
don't know the random question :-)
I’m the only one on the family that can drive a stick shift
Your not really driving unless it’s a stick shift. All my vehicles have been manual.
Sadly I cannot drive a stick shift, and of course any smart driver will not let a newbie near their clutch. Oh well.
Yes and no. I can drive one to the hospital in a stick, but I wouldn't own a stick shift.
Random answer:
Not only do I know what a stick is I got my driver's license for one like that
I drive a stick shift.
No, I cannot drive a stick.
