Then, to avoid spreading it around if it's on your fingers, it's best every time you leave public space to wash your hands. When covid19 started, I wash my hands so often they are starting to bleed. Three times a day is not nearly enough unless you are not leaving the house, you have not brought anything in from outside of your house (like groceries), and you live alone.

One more thing to remember is when you're counting to 20 (because that's how long it takes for soap to work) You don't start counting until you have touched every part of your hand otherwise when you finally finish covering all of your hands if you wash it off 5 seconds afterwards that part didn't actually get sanitized. 👍 Great video though. The issue with these demonstrations is that water and soap are indeed running and moving around while we scrub they’re not static like this paint. A meaningful demonstration but something to think about

This is how nurses are taught to wash their hands, which goes a lot longer and a lot more thorough than normal hand washing because you have the risk of carrying pathogens. Sure, everyone has that risk, but most nurses just foam in/out so it doesn't take so long.

It's actually medical standard. It's the technique that surgeons and other medical staff use when they wash their hands. Would you like someone to perform open heart surgery with disgusting germ-ridden hands? I don't think so.
