So listen I like the video but what I’m trying to ask you is how do I really know how to connect my phone but like how do I play the audio it doesn’t work how do I like? Reboot it or how do I make it connect so I can play audio from my phone like I can play so I wanna play music from my phone and I wanted to connect straight to the car so I can basically hear from the car.
Yes I think it’s pretty sad that Cadillac, a GM product that brands themselves as luxury car manufacturer doesn’t offer bluetooth music streaming options from the factory even in 2020 when most all other car manufacturers (even Hyundai / Kia) come with this option on most if not all all trim levels.
No matter what I do I can’t get my 2018 CTS to pair with my iPhone. The phone recognizes the car but the car never sees the phone or the pairing code and it always fails. So yeah there’s that
@Smail Cadillac What do you do when your Cue Screen is cracked like 99% of every other GM vehicle using the Cue screen since Gm is denying multiple class action lawsuits and I can’t even pair my phone via Bluetooth or use Navigation or anything relating to the physical touching of the Cue Screen, it’s simply a lit up paperweight that’s embarrassing whenever I have passengers in. After all people expect a certain experience when in a Cadillac, it’s not a Ford escort. Smh.
@@chelsgrubb5287 I ended up getting the dealership to replace it. I think it’s a used one , cause I have to press firmly for it to register sometimes but not a crack in it and I’m happy. I’m glad you got yours going as well.

so for 2019 CTS. You can only Bluetooth calls but it wont Bluetooth music ? you have to USB connect your phone to play your music only?

We had the same issue. We bought a new screen from cue screens.com installed it with their tutorial and it's perfect now
