Loved this flow! I've been taking a few days off of intense exercise, but really missing the movement. This was perfect. Great stretches, a little strength, and I loved that there was so little talking and many silent moments.

These moves may appear simple but I reckon you need to be physically conditioned to a certain level, in order to do them properly and reap maximum benefits. Anyway, awesome job - bravo! This is like yoga meets capoeira meets gymnastics meets ballet!!

Hi Kellen, im new to these exercises and think they are awesome. The stretch you do where you lock hands behind your back and bring your head down....my arms don't want to move lol how can I stretch to losen my shoulders
Hey Carlos. You might try holding onto a towel, instead of clasping your hands together. This will give your shoulders some extra space - gradually you can start to close the gap. Work with your current range of motion and be consistent in your practice - you'll see the results over time 👍🏽
I love it when people take the time pause & play with the movements. It’s your practice and I want viewers to get acclimated and slowly make it their own. 🙏🏾🤍💫
I practiced yoga for a while and while it wasn't the right home for me, it was a helpful part of my journey (and still influences my practice). Now I just see it's simply all movement to me. I share what I do and let the audience decide what they want to use it for - yoga, dance, fitness, play, etc...it can be whatever you need or want it to be. Enjoy it and move like you!
